(iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The Panel shall be surrounded with 9 inch brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed. (vi) All MCCBs have Ics= 100% Icu. .

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore on poles, under floors, road crossing etc all as requried at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F of Cable jointing kit suitable for 1.1 KV grade cable end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 to70 sq mm.

Supply, Laying, connecting including taking out,testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately) of following sizes.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 63 mm and inner dia 50 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, 'O' Ring etc, for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded in foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass complete einforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 5 mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in strips spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips ® complete alal as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concretefoundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicator made out of 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron, 80 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter HT CABLE or LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia complete incl neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Note : RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 80mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover.

S&F rigid non metalic PVC conduit 25 mm exclusives of boxes but incl all Tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles and pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed.
