Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macdam with HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled. vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&HSpecification no. 507 ) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 for proper completion of work as per direction of engineer-in-cgarge including all labour,T&P,taxes , labour cess etc. complete.

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, Using by Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using bitumen VG-30 content is 5.4% bitumen weight of mix. For reclaimed material, fresh bitumen will be required to the extent of 60% of normal requirement., planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as MoRT&H specified in clause 519.

Supply & laying 80 mm thick Precase cement concrete i-shape/Perforated interlocking paver block (Grey/Red color) with top layer of having plan dimension 200X(160+120mm) of O.P cement smoothing gloss finish, skid resistant manufacturered from rubber moulds through vibro-compression mechanism. the compressive strength of concrete paver block shall not be less than 30 mpa (M-30) and weight 5kg .per no. confirming to 15:15658-2006 including cost of material, labour,t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer -in-charge

Laying of Interlocking Tiles of 60 to 80 mm thick including levelling and dressing of surface up to required level and slopes over 30 mm thick bed and filling joints with fine sand including cost of fine sand, labour, T&P etc complete But excluding cost of Tile as directed by Engineer in charge.
