Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces on walls in two coats (15mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick setting coat) mixed with water proofing compound finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured & Paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make as per ISI.

Material and labour for fabrication of framed work as MS grills. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, man hole chambers frames and similar work conform to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 & fixed in position as directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil, n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 17 but exc.1.50m and n.exc. 3.00m depth incl timbering for excavation where reqd and dewatering complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for M-30 design mix reinforced cement concrete in slabs supported on walls with fair finished top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) slab flooring, bedded, and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
