M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-before but one coat of white wash on ceilling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered/unlplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of white or tinted on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of old treatement and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion Paint of white or tinted over on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two layer of 2mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered/unlplastered surfaces of walls, pillars, cornices by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of old treatement and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment preparation of old plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick/stone/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces, chajja, cornices externally including dubbing coat if required and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) No extra payment shall be paid for dubbing coat. (ii) WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 of any faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling on concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces as on ceiling including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted Steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces of complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of alluminium paint on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted steel surfaces of complete all as specified and directed.
