Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminium overhead conductor, G.I. wire cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Transporting of pole.

Erection of steel pole tubular or rail pole strut concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and re-filling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm x 60 cm), 7/3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/1.96mm to 7/3.10 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm x 80 mm pin insulator complete with G.I. spindle and nuts etc. as required 220V grade

Supplying and erection of galvanised ‘D’ iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (100 mm x 110 mm), G.I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screw etc. as required 220V grade

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with and finished paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required.

Erection of angle iron/ channel iron cross arm on steel tubular etc. as required.

Fitting of light top of the pole.

Dismantling of light from pole.

G.I. wire 8 SWG.

Making and Erection of cradle guard as required. 60 x 25

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm dia G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. : 1x1.5 sq.mm (for light connection) (200 nos. x 4 mtr. each)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size is in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 35 sq.mm. 35mm x 60 times, 30m x 4 x 10 times (for lighting tower)

Providing and fixing 100 Amp. FN switch

Dismantling of 50/100 KVA transformer.
