15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/liter

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mmmesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of “L” shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing colour coated M.S Sheet of thickness 0.60 mm including self drilling screws including hoisting and lifiting all complete with overlaps

Provding and fixing bearing palte on column top for resting of truss including anchoring screws, bolts, 8 mm thick.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Disposal of surplus mulba from site to outside muncipal limits
