M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surface in cemnt mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolation of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisis.

M&L 20mm thick screed bed or bidding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab floring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shaded of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete as directed. Note : Cement screed shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of sch.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS bar deformed, 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape including cranking, bindings with MS wire of dia not less 0.9 mm dia completed all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm size MS but hinges medium weight cold rolled all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm size aluminium alloy handles, cast type, anodised all as directed completed all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bold with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster over roof surfaces in CM 1:3 for laying of AP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated. (b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35). (c) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. (d) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen grade 30/40 (Grade S-35) conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. Make: "Moply FP" manufactured by STP Texsa Ltd or Hyper Plas (Polyester) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or "Shaliplas"ter) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and Chemical Pvt Ltd or Makpolyplast manufactured by M/S M K Patro as approved by GE. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectivenss of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done amount of this item shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or inlieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

M&L for preparation of old surface plastered or unplastered and applying oone coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surface plastered or unplastered and applying oone coat of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on walls for fixing of tiles all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles in verticl surface of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles compete all as specified.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring from existing conduit / batten type (light, fan, socket or power point) complete such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder, regulator and socket etc and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked in and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm and 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size including top cover sheet suitable size for fixing switches / sockets / fan regulator etc and making good surface as original by plastering and whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc, complete all as directed for one light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / bell / buzzer controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push. All as per srl item No. 24 here in before but point wiring for one socket outlet point 5 amps on the same board.

Material and labour in replacement Sub main wiring with 2 run of 6 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn PVC conduit 25mm dia and wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm and including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB complete all as directed. Note : 1. The two run of 6 Sqmm wire, one run of 4.0 Sqmm wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

S&F in repair of Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, SPN 8 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep and top edge of plate not less than 1.25 mtr below ground level and connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia fixed by means of nuts bolts etc, connected to earth test point surrounded by packed alternative layers of charcoal and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom complete all as shown in plate No 5 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including provn of PCC chamber 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways as in reinforcement, necessary excavation, earthwork, returning filling and testing on completion etc all as specified and directed.
