Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., and complete including disposal of debris to a distance all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3, on ceilings of concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying a coat of water proof external wall care putty 1mm thick including rubbing/grinding with sand paper and making smooth and even surface including two coats of weather proof anti fungas exterior acrylic emulsion paint (100% acrylic), premium quality over a coat of primer as per manufactureers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying putty of 1mm thick over plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings to prepare the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described etc., and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 16 to 18: Tint of paint shall be as decided by Accepting Officer
