M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 mm to 25 mm thick of size not less than 575 mm X 575 mm over and including 75 to 100mm wide marble strip as motif laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing & polishing over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

(i) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles, etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions, grinding any share edges, etc (ii) M&L for sealing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages :- Supply and apply solvent sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent, free moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The moisture insensitive putty with yield : 0.6 ltr/kg suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/sqmm (1day) according to IS 9162-1979. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete as per direction of the Engineer –in-Charge (iii) Supply and apply a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system. Preparation of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as top coat: Sika to seal -107 or equivalent @1.5kg/sqm over reinforcement: Sika fab-1 or equivalent over base coat: Sika top seal-107 or equivalent @1.5kg/sqm etc all as specified and directed system should have compressive strength : 20 N/sqmm; bond strength : 2.0 N/sqmm. (iv) On Horizontal surface : supply and apply a protection screed 1:2 in 50 mm thickness laid to be admixed with integral waterproofing compound sika plastorcrete plus or equivalent confirming to IS 2645 at the rate of 0.10 kg per bag of cement. (v) On vertical surface: Supply and apply a protection plaster in CM 1:3 (12-15mm thick) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound admixture : Sika pastorate plus or equivalent @ 0.10 kg per bag of cement.
