REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF HT OH LINE, HT UNDERGROUND CABLE AND ALLIED WORKS DAY TO DAY COMPLAINT AT SECTOR-B UNDER GE (S) PATIALA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes, cable,for foundations of electric pole, stays and struts etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3.00 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soft / loose soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying and spreading fine river sand in trenches,ducts etc, 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable for cushioning to under ground cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Only punned depth shall be measured for payment purpose

Material and labour for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1with peak, size 300 mm X 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches over cable perpendicular to the direction of cable abutting each other for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover,Class LV, Type I, flat,size 250mmx150mmx40mm laid flat adjacent and abutting to each other across the length of cable laid dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 400 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for laying in trenches, along poles/over poles XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor,11000 volts Earthed grade, cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3 core including,testing and commissioning and taking out/down u/s cable from trenches/ along/over poles complete all as specified and as directed.
