Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new concreted surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match including 10mm thick redering in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with cresote oil complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and as directed

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and complete all as specified and as directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. Cleaning of soak well of any size and depth exc 1.5 M and not exceeding 4.5 M from the GL , by taking out / removing the accumulated sludge/ soil/ sewage / any other foreign / foul materials etc (soild / semi solid) sludge and sludge water using mechanical device / diesel pump of suitable type and capacity, removing the waste including liquid waste out side MOD land burrying it is pits excavated for the purpose including removing and refixing manhole covers and making the system functional complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes including taking out accumulated semi liquid, sludge and other deposits such as night soil , silt etc from manholes of depth n.exc 1.5 m, cleaning as directed and removing the same to a distance n. exc 50 m and burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft loose soil and returnig, filling in including sprinking of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.20 kg / Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around, all complete as required and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of sewer lines 100/150/200 mm bore,manholes in any type of sewer line( i.e. branch sewer line, main sewer line) and opening of blocked WCs, bath, urinals etc. by attending the complaints for day to day maintenance in all days in a month except Sundays, Gazetted Holidays and National Hoildays by way of cleaning desludging foreign materials as well as rodding of sewer line between manholes manually /mechnically or pumping out sewage from blocked manhole including desluding where required and ordered by EIC and keeping sewer line functional entering from floor trap, water closet, soil waste and vent pipe. gully trap upto final drop/outlet into septic tank, soakwell all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under , and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested ;in complete all as specified.

Demoiltion and breaking up 100mm dia drain pipes (saltglazed, stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe,jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenched, if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for racking of joints, removing old sealing compound, dirt etc from Dummy /Construction of 30 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'B' Filling the joints with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12mm dia,priming top 12 mm (two coat) and filling with polyurethene/ polysulphide based sealing compound using masking tape on edges of joint to avoid accidental slippage of sealant on top surface of pavements complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete/bituminous surface of any description over 10cm girth or width and applying two coat of road marking paint (water based grade-2) conforming to IS 164-1981 (any tint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows,letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, acua based (any tint) including preparation of old painted concrete/bituminous surface by rubbing and washing complete all as specified.
