COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR / MAINT/ SERVICING OF 5X10 TON AND 1X5 TON EOT CRANES AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORKS AT TP COMPLEX AT AF STN DIGARU.

M&L for perodic inspection/servicing of 10 Ton capacity flame proof EOT crane of any make installed at different buildings/location at TP site, to be carried out in every three months and making/keeping the cranes in serviceable condition complete all as specified and directed with and including operations for maintenance specified as under:- Note- Inspection /Servicing of 05 Nos FLP 10 Ton Cap EOT crane has to be carried out quartely basis.

(A) LONG TRAVERSE MOTION- (a) Checking gear box oil level,checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheels for any abnormal sound &checking mounting /fixing arrangment . (d ) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut /bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and couplings including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checkinh terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any.

(B) CROSS TRAVERSE MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level,checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking motion wheels for any abnormal sound &checking mounting /fixing arrangment . (d ) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut /bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking drive shaft and couplings including tighting of nut and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checkinh terminal connection of all LT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any.

(C ) HOIST MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level,checking and rectification of leakage if any and filling with new oil up to required level. (b) Checking functioning of all brakes of any capacity and making adjustment for proper working. (c) Checking the steel wire rope for any damage ,greasing the same & checking mounting /fixing arrangment the same. (d ) Checking of grease in geared coupling and tighting of nut /bolts etc. (e) Checking of motion cut off at extreme ends with limit switches. (f) Checking bearing of the rope drum,greasing the same including tightening of nuts and bolts. (g) Checking oil in FLP thrustors checking any leakage any filling with new oil. (h) Checkinh terminal connection of all HT motion of three phase FLP electric motor and tightening properly including replacing burnt out/over heated cable ends if any. (I) Checking hook block and greasing the bearings.

(D) ELECTRICALS (a) Checking and tightening all electric connection. (b) Checking the contactors /relays etc for overheaating or flashhing. (c) Cleaning off all connection and control cables. (d) Properly bunching the loose control cables. (e) Checking functioning of cable carriers. (f) Checking the connections and serviceability of VVVF drives for smooth working.

(E) GROUND MOTION CONTROL PANEL- Opening the push button control unit , checking all connection, replacing flashed/over heated connections,general cleaning and checking all the functions of the LT/CT/Hoist motion push buttons and lights /VVVF switch incl reassembling the unit complete:- NOTE:- 1. During inspection/servicing if any defect found in the crane the parts major/minor i.e. reqd to be changed for smooth functioning of the EOT crane will be the responsibility of the Contractor and the amount for the same is to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Gear box oil shall be measured and paid separately. 3. Job shall be carried out on quarterly basis with first servicining /inspection done within 30 days from date of commencement or as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 5 ton capacity EOT crane (Non FLP) complete all as specified and directed. Note: - 1. Gear box oil shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Job shall be carried out on quarterly basis with first servicing /inspection done with in 30 days from date of commencement or as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. Note- There is 01 (one) Nos 5 Ton capacity EOT crane and quarterly inspection / servicing of crane shall be taken as one job for making payment. During inspection/servicing if any defect found in the crane the parts major/minor i.e. reqd to be changed for smooth functioning of the EOT crane will be the responsibility of the Contractor and the amount for the same is to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for load testing complete for LT/CT/Hoist motion of the 10 ton FLP EOT cranes (Installed at five different locations within TP complex) for 100% capacity using any type of dead weight, complete all as specified and as directed Measure the deflection of CT at 100% load. measure of vertical and horizental speed with 100% load in presence of user and record duly sigend by user and Engr-in-charge. Note : - 1. Necessary weights of 10 ton shall be arranged by the contractor. 2. Shifting of load at site & shifting to different buildings / locations within TP complex using truck/mobile crane etc of suitable capacity shall be arranged by the contractor. 3. Tools tackles, chains and slings etc of suitable capacity required for load testing shall be arranged by the contractor. 4. Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to incl the cost of all above and no extra payment on this account shall be made. 5. Adjustment of brakes, motors, gear boxes, electrical system, load hook, steel wire rope, limit switches, and all connected system prior to / during / after the test shall be done by the contractor and unit rate quoted will be deemed to be included the cost of the same.

All as per item No. 03 here-in-before but 5 ton capacity EOT crane installed at one building within TP complex complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gear oil grade 680 suitable for reduction gear boxes complete all as directed.

Supply only EP 320 oil. complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Break Shoe of cap FLP 10 Ton crane as per existing make complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of flame proof electro hydraulic thruster brake unit 200 mm dia with 18 Kg thruster,type ETF-240 Gas Gr-II B with MDT 8/40 KGM-20 rating 100% complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but 160 mm dia with 18 Kg thruster,type ETF-240 Gas Gr-II B with MDT 8/40 KGM-20 rating 100% complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-calibration of V.F.D Drives siemens make by expert technician from the company .

Taking down the burnt out FLP 3 phase 415 volt electric motor of any make from the elevated height after disconnecting electrically and mechanically from the system, transporting to civil workshop for repairs, dismantling the same and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the rotor and stator properly, rewinding the motor with super enammeled copper winding wire as per existing gauge, varnishing/drying etc complete, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size, reassembling the motor, shifting and installing at original position, making electrical and mechanical connections and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed for 0.5 HP 680/685 RPM motor.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before but for 0.75 HP 685 RPM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and making all connections, Rotary limit switch capacity 40 amps 415 volts all as per existing for LT/CT/Hoist motion of 10 ton capacity FLP crane, including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing FLP control transformer copper wound 2000 VA capacity and 415 volts/230 volts, including taking down the old unserviceable transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing FLP control transformer copper wound 1500 VA capacity and 415 volts/230 volts, including taking down the old unserviceable transformer complete all as specified and directed.

NDT inspection for Cranes hooks by Ultrasonic testing method of main hook block of 05 Nos of 10 Ton capacity flame proof EOT crane and 01 No of 05 Ton Non FLP by the approved firm from expert techinician team.
