PAINTING TO RUNWAY, DISPERSAL AND TAXIWAY, CLEANING AND REPAIR OF MONSOON DRAIN AND ALLIED WORKS AT STN UNDER GE (AF) CHABUA

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete/flexible pavement and applying one coat of road marking paint /water based grade-2 conforming to IS 164-1981 (white,Yellow,Black and Orange,etc ) as in 102 Sqn Dispersal, PTT,tech flt dispersal, loops/links etc complete all as specified and as directed. (The work may be ordered six times during currency of the contract) (Each coat will be measured and paid separately if directed in the writting for additional coat)

M & L for applying two coats of white wash over old prepared surfaces complete all as specified

Removing of old paint by burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint on horizontal/vertical surfaces of concrete/plaster to match with the existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in repair of 1000X1000 mm three aspect mandatory sign board of acrylic sheet 3mm thick with black base vinyl sticker and lettering/bordering of retro reflective tape and framing with 25mm dia PVC pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping of grass/wild growth, etc around the runway lights DTGM/link boards, etc including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance not exc 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L flush pointing to brick work laid flat or on edge in drains and pavings in CM 1:3 including taking out old pointing, raking out joints and removal of grass etc complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for cleaning of monsoon drain 1.5 m in depth(avg) as ordered including taking out accumulated silts, sand, muds etc from bottom of drain removal of all types of organic materials silts, sand, muds etc from bottom of drain etc to a distance exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying and making good cracks/repair to rough surface of Flexible pavement using with Cold emulsion Cationic bitumen conforming to IS:8887:2004 grade rapid setting on Flexible Pavement , these materials are handle and laid by hand ,using @ 1.50 kg/sqm approved quality with using water and finish with existing surface, including preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of monsoon drain 1.5 m in depth(avg) as ordered, scrapping of grass from sides of drain as required and removal to a distance exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.
