Adjustment of rope falls of steel wire rope of U/s and S/w radial gates including applying Cardium compound to 17 Nos. radial gates and Periodic maintenance/Repair of DG sets at Ujh Barrage and Jakholsignaling station(As per scope of work annexure C of SBD):-Adjustment of rope falls of steel wire rope of under sluice radial gates (U/S 2, 3) and spillway radial gates (S/W 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18) at Ujh Barrage by way of dismantling of rope plates of steel wire after erection of tripod stand. Job includes adjusting rope falls length by giving equal tension to the rope at both ends, re-fitment of rope plates and P/F of nuts, bolts, washers, grease nipples of suitable size for smooth operation of radial gate. Job includes P/F of shims to the base of Plummer block bearing type (SMR-513 & SMR-518) using tools and tackles to align shafts properly which further increases bearing and coupling life. Job includes precise alignment of gear drive unit with motor and other drives of radial gates using wedges, tools and tackles to prevent wear and tear of allied parts for efficient and smooth operation. Job also includes welding of parts after proper alignment wherever required. Providing/Applying cardium compound to the steel wire rope of above mentioned radial gates, by way of removing dirt, dust and rust from the rope with the help of wire brush making scaffolding arrangement and holding the gear Unit and cleaning with K-oil/thinner properly and applying cardium compound to the steel wire rope of all radial gates. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery used, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, transportation charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable(17 Nos job) Repairs to 40 kVA(Old) DG set installed at Ujh barrage. Periodic maintenance/Repair of 40 kVA DG set by way of removing old/worn-out parts and Providing and filling of Lube.oil (15W40) -10 ltr, Diesel Filter – 01 No, M.oil filter – 01 No, Coolant – 3 ltr., cleaning of air filter including complete cleaning of DG set. Job includes P/F of Battery leads with terminal – 02 Nos, Flexible wire braided fuel pipe - 03 Nos including banjo bolts, washers and other allied accessories. Providing and improvement in the existing control panel wiring including P/F solenoid switch – 01 No. Repairing and servicing of 12 V self starter assembly by way of dismantling it and then cleaning of all the parts with diesel. Job includes replacement of worn out parts, solenoid coil, field coils, carbon bushes, lubricating teeth. Assembling of all the parts of self starter assembly and thereafter testing it. Job also includes testing the DG set after completion of job by means of running it on idle/full load condition. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable. Repairs to 10 kVA DG set installed at Ujh barrage. Periodic maintenance/Repair of 10 kVA DG set by way of removing old/worn-out parts and Providing and filling of Lube.oil (15W40) -5 ltr, Diesel Filter – 01 No, Greasing of main coupling, cleaning of air filter with diesel including topping of air filter assembly with M-oil. General servicing to main alternator of 10 kVA DG set installed at Ujh barrage by way of dismantling it and then cleaning of all the parts with compressed air. Providing and improvement in the existing wiring including P/F MCB 16 amp – 01 No. Job also includes P/F of 01 No. Head gasket set, 01 No. Diesel hose pipe including banjo bolts and banjo washers. Job also includes testing the DG set after completion of job by means of running it on idle/full load condition. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable. Repairs to 10 kVA DG set installed at Jakhol signalling station. Periodic maintenance/Repair of 10 kVA DG set by way of removing old/worn-out parts and Providing and filling of Lube.oil (15W40) -5 ltr, Diesel Filter – 01 No, Greasing of main coupling, cleaning of air filter with diesel including topping of air filter assembly with M-oil. Repairing and servicing to main alternator of 10 kVA DG set installed at Jakhol signalling station by way of dismantling it and then cleaning of all the parts with compressed air. Job includes repair to the fuel tank by way of washing it with solvent, plugging of leakages by welding and removal of scales and rust. Job also includes testing the DG set after completion of job by means of running it on idle/full load condition. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including transportation charges besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable(01 No Job)
