widening and strengthening of Tindwari Bagiya Piprahri Amlor Road (ODR) From km-1 to 17(160) including 5 years Maintenance

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0-90cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m.As per MORTH specifications No.-301

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2. As per MORTH No-305

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet aggregement of table 300-2 (Cartage 5 Km.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification inlcuding premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with machanical paver in sub-base/base course on wall prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MOR&TH specification No. 406

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Gr-1 with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 (A) complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machenical broom. As per MORT&H Clause 503

Providing and laying bituminous concreate Gr-IIwith batch type hot mix plant producing an average outpur of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as Morth Specification clause 509 complete in all respects.
