(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 30 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) wire gauzed i.e. panel shutter will be wire mesh in lieu WPC , the wire gauze shall be warped on additional square 8mm MS Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet trip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Roof treatment for water proofing to be executed in the stages as mentioned below. complete all as specified and directed: - STAGE I: Demolition of old existing unserviceable roof treatment included cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing roof surface (upto maximum height of 10 metres from natural ground level) with power driven pneumatic chisel and including removal of debris and washing down with water to remove dust, foreign items. STAGE II: M&L 40 mm thick average Plain Cement Concrete in 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding concrete on roof finished fair and even without using extra cement on roof surfaces STAGE III: Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete in Cement Mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement and WPC [Note :- WPC will measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.]

Item Ser No 1.036 Contd........ STAGE IV: Bitumen primer @0.40 Ltr/ Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree centigrade, 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/ Litre and viscosity 70-160 cps shall be applied on the prepared surface. STAGE V: Providing water proofing treatment with a layer of APP modified five layered based polymeric membrane 3mm thick minimum weighing 3.60kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven polyester matt fabric (wt. not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied (membrane shall be laid using butane torch sealing all joints etc) and also include two coat of aluminium paint over APP based polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed. [Note: The over lap shall be of minimum 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm on transverse direction] STAGE VI: M&L two coat aluminium paint over APP membrane, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described.

S&F Chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 the grill shall be inseted in the wall surface including necessary drilling and grouting with cement etc including demolition of old unserviceable wrought iron or mild steel work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and filling epoxy putty into RCC/PCC/Stone masonry crack after opening up RCC/PCC/Stone masonry cracks in V grove manner approximate 10 mm wide and 10mm deep using mechanical cutter, properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust, dirt etc., and finishing in line and level with existing concrete/masonry surface etc. complete all as per manufacturers instructions and procedures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L & applying two coats of epoxy based two component binder to bind old to new concrete chemical bond as per manufacturers instructions and procedures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor complete all as specified and directed in following steps :- (a) STAGE-I : Taking out old unserviceable treatment including PCC over sunken floor & clean the surface with wire brush, dirt less with water jet etc. (b) STAGE-II : Providing and laying water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementorious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/2003. (c) STAGE-III : First layer of slurry of cement 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.

Item Ser No 1.097 contd….. (d) STAGE-IV : Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (e) STAGE-V : 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment. (f) STAGE-VI : PCC 1:5:10 using brick aggregates (E-2) for filling in the suken portion.

M&L repair to crack portion with jacktting technique, taking down existing plaster upto brick wall surface of min 200 mm wide, cleaning to loose particles on surface of brick work along the length of crack and filling the gap/ crack area with PCC 1:1.5:3 type A0 using 12.5mm aggregate both side of the wall surface fixed with, drilling holes 10mm dia on either side of the crack by means of drilling machine through out the full width of the wall @25 cm c/c and insert 8/10 mm dia rod in the drilled holes, welded with horizontal rod to with hold the welded mesh and applying grit plaster 1:1:2 using 4 mm and down aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately)

Sch A Part-II: E/M Portion:

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper conductor point wiring (light , fan, call bell, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators sockets etc and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing (FE 410-W-Gde-250A) complete all as specified.

Fixing only Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
