To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 Satisfactorily completed at least 50 Percent of the contract value as prime contractor at least one similar work such as Building Maintenance works of value not less than Rs.77.23 Lakhs

To qualify for the award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work 1). Cleaning & External sweeping - 2971297.99 Sqm

The Earnest Money Deposit Total 2,31,700.00/- shall be in two parts 1. Rs. 1,00,000/- by e-payment, Part 2. Balance EMD of Rs.1,31,700/- shall be in favour of Executive Engineer PWD, Dharwad Division, Dharwad, and may be in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized/Scheduled Bank / in favor of Executive Engineer, PWD, Dharwad Division, Dharwad (Contractor should upload the scanned Copy of Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized/Scheduled Bank. Original Bank Guarantee should be handed over by the bidders to THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, DHARWAD DIVISION DHARWAD.
