SR to Ramdigi temple and Ramdigi pool premises at Ramdigi under Minor Civil and Electrical Works (Conservation of Ancient Monuments)

Dismantling the damaged old worn out, bulged, out of plumb, displaced portion of stair, including stacking serviceable materials for its reuse & disposal of unserviceable materials including labour charges etc.

Demolishing R.C.C culvert work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Provision of Demolishing inner side of temple tile work manually and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Provision for providing and applying recessed pointing in lime-surkhi mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 ( 1 unslaked lime : 1 sand : 1 surkhi ) over the wall surface including curing etc.

Providing and laying lime concrete in terrace 20 to 25 mm brick blast of well burnt mixed with 50 % lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1-lime, 1 Surkhi, 1. Sand) after removing of accumulated rubbish, including beating and treating with split bamboo and thappies till surface hardened for water tightening, including adding 2% solution of boiled water of Gum. Gur and belgiri- fruit, complete within 200 mt. lead and also rounding junctions etc. complete.

Providing & fixing along with removing double Scaffolding system to support the roof structure of the building, up to 10 m height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per the requirement of the site, made with 40mm to 60mm dia. wooden ballis placed 1.5 meter centre to centre, horizontal & vertical ballis joint with overlapping system in the scaffolding for working platforms etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition. The scaffolding systems shall be stiffened with bracings, runners made up of ballis, connecting with buildings, etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen, etc. complete as per directions & approval of the Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of dismantling modern structure comprising of brick, RCC of size (10.50 X 9.0 X 2.50 m) manually including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete for culvert, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 5.1.2 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources)

Cantering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
