Demolition brick work / block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or conc surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

–ditto- All as per Item No 2 but exc 1.50 M and nexc. 3.0 M in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing at alevel n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Hardcore of Broken bricks of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as mass concrete for foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork Complete all as specified and directed. Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams, and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs annd in shelves Complete all as specified and directed.
