Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning of refrigerant air dryer for 1250 LPM PSA Technology based oxygen generation plants which will act as standby. The refrigerant dryer should be of reputed make, intelligent control based. The refrigerant air dryer should maintain the air pressure of 5 bar (minimum). The refrigerant air dryer should shall be complete in all respects including condenser, clog-resistance condensate drain, separator, Head exchanger, compressor main storage tank and other accessories. The refrigerant air dryer should have following specifications: 1. Flow in CFM: Not less Than 800 2. Dew Point Temperature of Maximum +3˚C 3. LED Display Controller 4. Due to space constrain the dimensions of the air dryer must not be greater than 1360 mm(L) x 650mm (W) x 1310mm (H) Job also includes providing and fitting of pipe network G.I required for the disposal of condensate water from refrigerant air dryer to outside manifold room as Per site requirement.

SITC of 80 mm NB cast iron ball valve Conforming to IS 9890 (Part Ist) (PN 10). The job includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts with flanges and Rl cloth as per the site requirement. The job also includes cutting, welding and finishing charges.

SITC of 80 mm NB MS class “C” bend 90˚ conforming to IS-1239 (part 2nd). the job includes cutting, welding and finishing charges.

SITC of 80 mm NB MS ERW Class C MS Tees Conforming to IS 1239 (Part 2nd) The job also includes cutting, welding and finishing charges.

SITC of 4 mm² four core multi strand, unsheated, fire resistant copper cable conforming to Is :694 for main power supply connection between air dryer and MCCB in the main power control cable.

SITC of 25 Ampere 10 KA breaking capacity, MCB, TPN for completing the power supply circuit.
