AC AMC
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Air Conditioners Supplying of Man Power For smooth running of AC units at VPCI. 1.) AC Mechanic skilled- 01 Nos. for 9:00 am to 5:30 pm 2.) Helper Unskilled - 01 Nos. for 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, in all days except Sunday for the period of March 2026 to October 2026 for 8 Months 01 Skilled AC Mechanic = 01 x 862 x 26 = 22412/- 01 Unskilled AC Helper= 01 x 710 x 26 = 18460/- Total 22412 + 18460 = 40872.00 + @ 18% 7356.96 = 48228.96 The worker should maintain 8 Hours Duty, payment will deducted for absent and as per actual working hours
Servicing of All type and all make of Air Conditioner of 1 Ton, 1.5 Ton, 2.5 Ton and 4 Ton of all makes of window split, cassette and tower AC at VPCI. The Servicing works includes, water servicing with chemicals, cleaning of Filter, condenser coils and body cover and frames with Jet pumps and oiling the motors including labour and materials.
Supplying & Charging of all type air coolant gases in the Split/Window/ Vertical and Cassette Air Conditioners units of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR capacity AC units i/e leakage testing, removing leakage, wrong side leakage of condenser coil and cooling coil, pressure testing, flushing the complete system, vacuum missing and gas charging complete as required as per CPWD work procedure. The Gas charging should be carried out as per following procedure 1. First, the lekage should be rectified by Nitrogen filling under pressure 2. the Lakage should be marked with permanent marker and photograph should be taken 3. Bracing should be done on the leakage point by copper rods. Then the leakage point should be recheked with with nitrogen pressure 4. If Lekage Continous again bracking to be done, If no lekage Nitrogen flushing to be done for any oil scales removing 5. Then the Refrigerant Gas to be filled with the opimum pressure 6. The Leakage arresting should be under warranty for one complete season period. 7. Note If the leakage is again found in the same existing point of marker , the re-repairing and gas charging should be done on free of cost.

Providing and fixing Copper pipes for condensor and coolant pipe along with supply cable and drain pipes for Split/Window/Cassette/Tower for all including labour etc complete
Supply and replacing of respiratory compressor of 1.5 Ton capacity including labour etc complete
Repairing of PCB for invertor AC of all Model and all capacity including labour transport material etc complete and making in good working condition.
Repairing of PCB for Non-invertor AC of all Model and all capacity including labour, transport and material etc complete and making in good working condition
