Supply & delivery of inverter type window type AC machine having cooling capacity not less than 4800 watt, ISEER range -3.09 to 3.59, BEE rating; min. 3 star, Indoor Noise level not more than 56db, energy efficient compressor suitable for 230V, 50Hz power supply, suitable for R410A / R32 refrigerant, Copper condensor & all other accessories, The control circuit should be fixed in metal box to prevent fire incl. loading, unloading & carrying charges. (Make- O-General AXGB18CHAA-B or equivalent model of Daikin /Carrier as per choice of E.I.C)

Installation, testing & commissioning of the above-said Window Acs in existing position as per direction of E.I.C

Supply & fixing required necesssary arrangement of wooden frame made of ply of thickness- 8mm [area- 3.15 sq.ft] incl. mending good the damages as per direction of E.I.C.

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. it tedand fixed with necessary screws and lugs inground floor. [ MODE OF MEASUREMENT:-The weight of grill per sq.m. will be determined by taking the physical weight of fabricated grill and dividing the same by covered area of the same.] [N.B.No shop priming will be allowed to facilitate inspection of workmanship. Weight of grill is to be taken after final grinding and finishing the weld.]

(i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :(a) On steel or other metal surface :(i) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Supply & Laying of 3 core 2.5sq.mm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable as per direction of EIC. (Make:-Polycab/Gloster/Finolex/Havells/RR Kabel as approved by E.I.C)

Supply and laying 25mm PVC pipe (heavy type) for water drainage.(25mm OD, 1mm thick) with proper support & bracket as per direction. (Make- Supreme/Oriplast).

Supply & fixing automatic single phase AC starter of 21Amp capacity equipped with Timecheck, Voltcheck & Ampcheck and 3-digit display (Make- Electron-model no.-OPL-3+ or equivalent model of L&T/Legrand as per dierction of E.I.C) to be fixed on 4Module GI box with all fixing accessories complete as to G.S.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (L&T/Anchor) & necy. Connections [5(b)/E-17]

Dismantling existing old window type AC machines etc with owns tools & takles and handed over to authority as directed by EIC.
