Providing, lowering, laying, cutting (cut surface to be uniformaly finished), jointing with rubberrings marked with I.S:5382 and testing of SPIGOT AND SOCKETTED RCC NP2 MARKED WITH IS: 458-1988 and specials into trenches for all depth including carriage, loading, unloading, stocking, handling rehandling etc completed in all respect to the satisfaction to the Engineer in charge HSR Item No. 20.62.9 for 700 MM dia @ Rs.1512 per Mtr.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum as per HSR Item No.6.1.6 @ Rs.2735/- per cum

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR Item No.7.20.1 @ Rs.4341/- per cum
