Dismantling existing cooling tower side cover carefully without damaging the other portion of cooling tower removing unserviceable PVC fills carefully from cooling tower supply and fix PVC fills for 200 TR capacity cooling tower including replacement of unserviceable bolts and Nuts etc all as directed. Note : (i) Any minor part required to carryout the job is included in the unit rate quoted in Contract.

Supply and fix removable type factory made mettalic pre -filters of 20 microm of standard size lift GI frame both side including taking out unserviceable mettalic pre - filters etc all as directed Make- Acrosol / Dyna / Johnflower / MAF

Supply and fix factory made high performance bag filters of 99 micron down to 5 micron standard size with multiple pockets and self supporting filter bagswith MS / GI anodised aluminium frame suitable for central AC plant including replacement of bolts and nuts and taking down unserviceable bag filters etc all as directed Make- Acrosoi / MAF / Dyna / Johnflower

Supply and fix water pressure gauges of any size up to 0- 300 PSI/0-150Kg cm² capacity including taking out unserviceable water pressure gauge etc all as directed Make- KI / H-Guru / Feibeg / Adarsh

Supply and charge R-22 Refrigerent Gas Make Fluron / refron / mefron

Supply and fix AC power contact 4 pole 415 vots 50 Hz of the following capacity including taking out unserviceable contact etc all as directed Make- L&T / Siemens/ BCH / CSS (a) 33 Amps to 63 A capacity MNX-32, 440 Volts AC Supply

(b) 65 Amps to 100 amps capacity MNX-95, 440 Volts AC

Disconnecting and isolating the compressor of Voltas 5H-120 model compressor from the system by putting dummy plates to suction and discharge valves opening of the compressor, removing of internal parts cleaning of the all parts throughly, replacement of Thrust washers O rings minor parts like Nuts, Bolts etc reassembling back all the serviceable parts removing of the dummy plate of the compressor, testing of compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spare parts & consunable will be measured & paid seperately (ii) charging of compressor oil will be measuredn& paid separately. (iii) Any minor part required to carryout the job is included in the unit rate quoted in Contract.

Supply and fix the following spares for model Voltas 5H-120 compressor including taking down old unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Main bearing pump and seal end

Descaling of condensing unit of 120 TR capacity of air conditioning plants by circulating descaling agent (HCL) through the condenser by forced feed method, removing of the end cover of the condenser cleaning of each tube of condenser throughly by the brushing refixing back the end cover of the condenser by removing of the rubber gasket, nuts bolts washers cleaning of spray nozzles, cooling tower cup, water line.strainer and testing spray nozzle working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Evacuation refrigerent gas from the system in to the empty cylinder of120 TR capacity of air conditioning plants leak testing of the plant with dry nitrogen (N2) pressure by seperating the entire system like low side high side, compressors, condensers and rectifing the leakage vaccummising, recharging of evaculated refrigerent gas testing and brazing of cooling coil complete all as directed Note : (i) Supply of refregirent gas & consumable will be measured and paid separately (ii) Installed capacity of the plant to be considered. (iii) Any minor part required to carryout the job is included in the unit rate quoted in Contract.

Supply and fixing of the following pressure cut-outs including dismantling of unserviceable cut-outs all as specified and as directed Make- Indfoss / Danfoss (a) HP/LP Cut-outs

(b) Oil Pressure cut-outs

(c ) Water pressure cut-outs

Disconnecting and removing the centrifugal monoblock pump set 3 phase 415 Volts from the existing position following capacity of any make, transporting to workshop, opening up check the pump winding, cutting and removing of the burnt out winding, rewinding with same size of gauge of copper conductor, insulating, varnishing greasing and replacing of ball bearing 2 Nos, reassembling, including cleaning, oiling, greasing of internal parts, replacing of worn out nut bolts, gland packing etc testing for proper functioning, bring back to site re fixing back in the same position including replacement of gland packing worn out nuts bolts etc, and testing and commissioning complete all as directed. (a) 15 HP Capacity Note : (i) Any minor part required to carryout the job is included in the unit rate quoted in Contract.

Supply and Fixing of PVC Ball valve high pressure with polythene float complete of size 25 mm dia including taking down unserviceable float valve etc all as specified and as directed Make Prayag / equivalent

Supply and Fixing of Shaft seal assembly 5H120 of any make and model of compressor including removing of the unserviceable shaft seal assembly and testing all as specified and as directed.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1550.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1700.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1360.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1220.

Removing / Replacement of AHU Belt SPA 1600.

Removing / Replacement of Pressure gauge 0-100 Psig.

Removing / Replacement of fix Ceiling Psychrometer.

Supply and Fixing of Rubber tyre coupling suitable for 120 TR capacity compressor motor including taking out U/S rubber coupling etc all as directed.

Supply and charge compressor oil servo frizol F-68 grade of IOC/BPCL / Hindustan petroleum all as directed

Supply and fix Pressure Feeding / Expansion tank of capacity 170 litres to maintain the pressure within the permissible limit to prevent vaccum, cavitation including taking out old unserviceable tank etc all as directed.

Removing the Pump Set from Foundation , Dismantaling the unserviceable MS Channel base & foundation, Provision of mild steel MS channel / Tee section of the same size and thickness of existing one , fabricate the base suitable for the pump motor and fixed to the foundation and motor with necessary nuts, bolts , washers, all fixing arrangements etc including welding, fabrication work , cutting, grinding,making frame etc including foundation concrete in PCC (1:2:4) with necessary form work suitable for pump sets ranging from 20 HP to 90 HP capacity. Note : (i) Any minor part required to carryout the job is included in the unit rate quoted in Contract.

Supply and fix Solenoidal valve to control the flow of refrigerant including taking out old unserviceable valves etc all as directed.

Disconnecting the compressor shaft and motor shaft by removing tyre coupling and other connected items and do the necessary alingment work of shaft for avoiding any misalingment with the help of dial Guage of Voltas 5H-120 model compressor from the system reassembling all the parts removing of the compressor, testing of compressor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : . (i) Any minor part required to carryout the job is included in the unit rate quoted in Contract.
