SERID-08 of 2026-27 Improvement to service road of Satpoutia Minor of Khadkhai Irrigation Project .

Clearing and grubing of road land including uprooting vegitation grass bush shrubs, and trees of girth upto 300mm removal of stamp disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of unserviceable material upto 100mtr road boundry etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil by manual means including leveling and dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area for reuse with all leads, lifts, delifts. cost of labour, T&P, cess, shoring & shuttering if required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royality, EMF,DMF, Dist. additional charges with all leads,lifts,delifts, cess etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, conveying, stacking and spreading of Soiling stone including all cost, royality, T&P with EMF, DMF & Addl. Royality etc & spreading on the road surface including filling the interstices with earth & rolling with HRR etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing granular Sub-base approved quality of gravel and sand with addmixing sand and moorum in (30:70) of approved proportion using admixture including laying & spreading in uniform layer not exceeding 22.5cm depth watering and compaction with P.R.R. for finished item of work as per specification of road work of Odisha standard specification including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of all materials with EMF,DMF, additional charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber,and consolidation with VRR including all cost, carriage, royalty, labour, EMF, DMF & District additionl charges etc applying and brooming with stone Dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works ( 4th revision )

Collecting, conveying, stacking and spreading moorum over top of the road surface including watering, ramming including all cost, royality,EMF,DMF, additional royalty,etc. complete..as directed by the Engineer -in- charge.

Labour for laying & fixing of humpipe ( 1000mm Dia NP3 ) with colar joint in cm ( 1:2:3) with all cost, carriage, royality etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M15 grade in approved surface using 20mm down graded hard granite well graded stone aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to specifications using water of approved quality and using cement as per approved specification with all lifts , delifts and transportation by mechanical /manual means including costs, carriage, royalties with EMF,DMF, additional charges etc. including dewatering by suitable means with all costs weighing all materials using weight batcher, mixing the concrete mix ingredients in mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T&P watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including costs and carriage of water, construction of coffer dam/ approach road, diversion road including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries etc. including quality control testing charges etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and direction of Engineer.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for CC works including false works and dismantling then after casting including cost of materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
