M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including necessary Formwork as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Formwork will deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Coping, Bed Plates, Benching, Holdfast, Bed Block, Kerb Stones, etc. including necessary Formwork and Weathering, slightly Rounded or Chamfered Angles and Throating, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Formwork will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggre-gate) in Landings, Cover Slabs (for Manholes, Drains), etc., with Plain Fair Faces including Chamfers, Weatherings, Throating, etc. and Setting in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete with Joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under approprite Item.

M&L Pre-cast Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) Block Masonry with Solid Blocks of size 300x200x200mm, exc. 10 Cm in width, Set in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and Over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns, hooking Ends and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Works/ Pre-cast Blocks or Concrete Works, mixing with WPC (if/as ordered), finished Plastered Surfaces Even and Smooth without Using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Water Proofing Compound (WPC) will be Measured and Paid saperately under appropriate Item.

Supply only Water Proofing Compound (as approved), conforming to IS:2645-2003, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 75mm bore (dia) Soil and Waste Pipe, Single Socketed, in any Length with PVC/Rubber Ring Joints, with or without Ears, laid in Trenches or in Floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Works will be Measured and Paid for separately under appropriate Items.
