Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for roof truss (framed) or trussed framed purlins, crane gantries rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc in Fe-410-W (GdeE-250) quality B complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Pre-painted camouflage design galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with 3 Rib technology and Anti capillary in every creast as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Colour coding of Camouflage design to be decided by GE/user. (ii) Side lap fasteners shall be fixed at an interval of 300mm to hold the side lap of sheet firmly in place and to maintain weather proof joint

S&F Pre- painted camouflage design galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa 3 Rib technology and Anti capillary in every creast as in roof covering or roof ridge / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Colour coding of Camouflage design to be decided by GE/user.

S&F 1.25mm thick Plain, black, mild steel sheeting as in hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:6 finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) Bend radius any radius 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION

Dismantling/Taking out of Gl/ Copper earth strips of any description including opening of porcelain ridge insulators of any size with nut bolts, washers etc., or cutting of earth strips all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/Taking out of Air termination copper rod 12 mm dia, 1.00 mtr long single point including base plate, all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/Taking out of air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with fixing socket., all as site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling /Taking out of Obstruction /aviator light fitting of any type and description all as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for serial item Nos 17 to 20 above - (a) Earth strips, Air termination single pointed copper rod and Obstruction /aviation light fitting as removing from work site to be stored properly for refixing purpose after replacement of galvalume sheets (b) Refixing of these items to be measured and paid separately under relevant item of the schedule (c) Necessary T&P and safely equipment measures to be arranged at work site within the quoted rates by the contractor.

Fixing only in repairs galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall/floor/roof provided with adequate size of insulators including nut, bolts, washers or bolted head screws etc with space not less than 0.5 mtrs complete all as per site requirement and directed. Note:- Serviceable item shall be obtained from item No.17 mentioned here-in-before.

Fixing and brazing only in repairs of Earth continuity conductor of size upto 32mm x 3mm copper strip with adequate size of insulators including nut, bolts and washers or bolted head screws etc having space not less than 0.5 mtr fixed to wall/ roof/ floor for loop earthling etc., complete all as per site requirement and directed. Note:- Serviceable item shall be obtained from item No.17 mentioned here-in-before.

Fixing and brazing only in repairs of Earth continuity conductor of size upto 20mm x 3 15mm copper strip with adequate size of insulators including nut, bolts and washers or bolted head screws etc having space not less than 0.5 mtrs fixed to wall/ roof/ floor or loop earthling etc., complete all as per site requirement and directed. Note:- Serviceable item shall be obtained from item No.17 mentioned here-in-before. Note for Item No. 21 to 23 above:- Replacement of new porcelain ridge insulator including nut, bolts & washers or bolted headed screws etc for holding/ fixing of copper/ Gl strips on roof/ wall to be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Fixing only in repairs Air termination copper rod 12 mm dia, 1.00 mtr long single point including base plate including testing on completion complete all as per site requirement and directed. Note:- Serviceable item shall be obtained from item No.18 mentioned here-in-before.

Fixing only in repairs Air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with fixing socket including testing on completion complete - Note:- (i) Serviceable item shall be obtained from item No.19 mentioned here-in-before. Note (for Item No. 24 and 25 above):- Necessary T&P arrangement for modification such as cutting, drilling, welding etc for re-fixing of Air termination copper rod to be made by the contractor within the quoted rate.

Fixing only in repairs Obstruction /aviation light fitting of any type and description and including testing on completion complete all as per site requirement and as directed. Note:- (i) Serviceable item shall be obtained from item No.20 mentioned here-in-before. (ii) Contractor to arrange all necessary safety equipment and measures during execution of works at site.

S&F in repairs porcelain ridge insulator of size upto 75 x 35 x 40mm with 01 No. Gl blot of 65mm dia and 40mm long including nut & washer and 02 nos Gl bolt of 10mm dia and 50mm long including nut bolts & washers or bolted headed screws etc for holding/fixing copper Gl / Aluminium strip on roof/ wall all as per site requirement and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor, connected to LA earth strips etc as fixed to wall/floor/roof etc., provided with porcelain insulators of suitable size and having space not less than 0.5 mtrs complete as per site requirement and as directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in repair of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthling or connected to LA earth strips etc. as required of size 32 mm x 6 mm copper strip complete as per site requirement and as directed.

Supply. fixing and brazing in repairs of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthling or connected to LA earth strips etc. as required of size 20 mm x 3.15 mm copper strip complete: as per site requirement and as directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of the fire alarm control panel with BS EN 54, Two loop panel from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detectors and modules (per each loop) interconnected, synchronized complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 addressable type multisensory detector with heat and smoke combination, Photoelectric/ Optical with base with self built intelligence as per 1S: 11360 complete all as specified and directed.
