Material and labour for supply and fixing of factory made Mild steel metallic open type router shelf of size (1200mmx900mmx650mm) duly painted with one coat of redoxide primer and two coats of synnthetic enamellled paint of color as specified and directed. Frame - Frame shall be made up of mild steel equal angle of size not less than 50mmx50mmx5mm Body :- The body shall be comprising of 5 sides and shall be made out of Mild steel sheet of thickness of 4 mm thickness Shelves:- The metallic shelf shall consist of 6 Nos of shelves equally spaced at a distance of 200mm made out of perforated mild steel sheet of thickness of 5mm. Base :- The base of the shelf shall be made out of mild steel equal angle of 65mmx65mmx6mm and the base shall be covered with insulated material at base all as specified and directed. Exhaust Fan :- Exhaust fan of size of 200mm and shall be fixed on the top of the shelf for proper ventillation. Note: All the cable entries and exit shall be provided in one side of the shelf.

Material and labour for point wiring one light point controlled by one switch complete with PVC insulated multistandard, single core 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor with 2.5 Sqm PVC insulated earth continuity copper conductor drawn in and including suitable size of PVC casing capping complete including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet exclusive of pressed steel terminal sunken box for housing switch socket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB suitable for 240 Volts 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing storage type vertical electric water heater of capacity 25 Ltrs conforming to Havells Cat part No GHWAMGTWH025 or Equivalent in Bajaj/Crompton complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bib taps of size 15mm dia, Chromium plated, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Stop valves of size 15mm dia, chromium plated , cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or union and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Tubes, 15mm bore 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls, ceilings or laid in floors incl cutting of exiting pipe line and make connections and smothing the surface to match with exixting surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplly and fixing in switch piano type 5 Amps AC, 230V single way complete all as specified and directed.

Supplly and fixing in ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65x50mm, three terminals 240 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan of size 300 mm Sweep having not less than 1400 RPM complete in all respects conforming to Havells Model Turboforce SP or Equivalent in Crompton/Bajaj complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for display/ sign board recto reflecting made out of aluminium composite panel, sheet not less than 3mm thick including writing of word in any numbers in Hindi & English both with DIHAR logo/hologram and arrow line as per scale of shine board with background base MES blue colour and words in white colour single side display down, fixed on wall or MS frame complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded agg) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) all as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fe 410 W (Gde E 250 Quality A) Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide as directed by Engineer-in-Charg.

Taking down cld howkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm with taking off shutters from frame and making good the disturb portion.

Supply and fixing for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails braces exc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door gitting of Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel, plain black sheet in hearths covering to door shutters, chullah hoods etc 1.00 mm thick with plain 40mm lap joints or welded riveted seams including bending turning up mitred angles stopped ends outlets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing butt hInges medium weight cold rolled mild steel 125mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 300 mm size mild steel sliding door bolts plate type stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minium of 6 bolts and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 150mm size mild steel pressed handles, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 200 mm long mild steel barrel tower blots, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
