Safely Carriage of 02 Nos 145 KV Bushing i.e 1 Nos from132 KV Sub-Station Pahadi & 1 Nos from 132KV S/S Rajapur to 132KV S/S Karvi (Chitrakoot) including loading, carriage and unloading by in a private track (Truck Crane shall be arranged by the contactor at his own cost.)

Removal of Jumpers of HV side Bushings of the 40 MVA T/F-III. The Scope of work involves removal of Jumpers, Bushing Clamps, Opening of Earthing of Neutral Bushings of the Transformer.

Partial drain out the Transformer oil from 40 MVA T/F-II as required in empty oil drums for replacement of defective HV bushing.

Dismantling of damaged Y & B Phase HV bushing of 40 MVA T/F-II Transformer by opening cutting of top thumble removal of bushing from tank and covered with blanking plate etc. (Crane shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost)

Fixing of two nos. New HV bushing in place of defective HV bushing Replacement of gasket and fixing of lead thumble. (Crane shall be arrange by the contractor at his own cost)

Attending of Oil leakage from OLTC gear box drive situated at top of OLTC Chamber.(All consumeable item i.e Gasket, oil seal, etc in scope of contractor)

Centrifuging of complete Transformer oil in Transformer tank by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the Transformer oil through centrifuging machine and taking the BDV and PPM value of the oil periodically till the required value achieved, as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes, all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the all in Transformer in tank. Oil approx. 20 KL. (Operator and centrluging machine shall be arrange by the Contactor at his own cost)

Re-Jumpering of HV side Bushings of the above 40 MVA T/F-II. The scope of work involves Fixing & Tightening of Bushing Clamps & Jumpers along with earthing of the Neutal Bushings by Fixing of Flexible Copper Strips.

Performing following detailed testing of Oil Samples of above both transformers Transformer at CPRI, PGCIL or any other NABL Cetified Lab including collection of Sample in Air Tight Bottles of proper specification as per standard pratice and submission of Reports:- 1.BDV, 2.PPM (1 Job for one Oil Sample of which all above tests shall be done)
