Serevicing of existing domestic RO plant of capacity 15 LPH of Make- KENT Model-grand+ and including attending Complaint for RO plants within 24 hours of intimation at CG, Sector 52 Noida and carry out all repairs such as electric connection, tightening of components, water connection, stoppage of water leak and other minor repairs as reqd to make RO fully functional including replacement of washer, small lengths of electric wire, interconnecting water pipes with fittings, nut bolts, insulation tape, gasket etc complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The scope of work includes checking the performance of RO System and submitting a report after every visit. The scope of work include: unit checkup and general cleaning, chemical cleaning of cartridge, if required and checking TDS after very service/complaint ii) In case of any complaint/ breakdown/fault in any equipment, the firm has to attend the same within 24 hours of reporting on phone/FAX/ Email etc. failing which a penalty for per complaint as follows will be applicable:- a. Attending to complaint between 48 hours — 4 days of intimation- Rs. 200/- b. Attending to complaint between 5 days to 7 days of intimation- Rs. 500/- c. Attending to complaint beyond 7 days - Rs. 1000/- iii) During attending complaint it shall be ascertained by deptt and contractor wheather replacement of part/servicing of plant is reqd. In case during servicing of plant,relacement of any item found necessary then these shall be measured and paid in addition as indicated subsequent items of BOQ iv) Contractor has to submit the Complaint slips duly signed by User

Note : (a). Once the geyser is down off then it shall be inspected by deptt and may order major repair/replacement of any part which shall be paid seperately. (b) Any damage if occurred during the process of cleaning the geyser will be made good by contactor at no extra cost. (c) A proper bound register shall be maintained showing details of repair /replacement, date of taking off, date of refixing. This register shall have signature of contractor, MES Rep and Rep of User. A Geyser after taking off shall be refixed on the day when it was taken off unless ordered for painting /major repair/replacement of parts. In this case the geyser shall be refixed within 48 hours from taking off failing which a recovery of Rs 100.00 per day or part thereof shall be deducted from contractors dues. (d) No Extra cost for transport will be paid for repairs to Market. (e) Painting of geyser and major repairs shall be carried out in a place at sec 23 Noida (f) Contractor will provide minimum 50% of material or as required within 10 days of commencement of work.

Taking down electric water heater/geysers of capacity 25/35/50 ltrs and of any make from its mounting place, opening it for descaling /cleaning of inner tank from deposited scales with descaling solution including checking leak, testing, sealing of joints, carrying out the minor repair on surface of outer body, bottom and top cover,and re-fixing the geyser in same position.

S&F in replacement geyser element of 1.5 KW rating double tube type with cup type or circular/triangle shape including rubber washers suitable to fit in the existing geyser without any water leakage complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .
