(a) Comprehensive periodical servicing, repair, maint by visiting the site (minimum two times) for smooth proper fuctioning of addressable fire alarm control panel of L&T (Schrack Seconet) make including checking, dismantling, servicing, cleaning/ removing dust or dirt through air blower, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit (if any), connecting, carry out normal repair/ renewal of defective parts for the trouble free and efficient functioninig, testing by the operation of trigger device in each zone of the fire alarm system consisting of Loop Card, Main Control Board, LCD Display, Transformer, Battery, Multisensor, Sounder, MCP, Repeater Panel, Zone Monitor Module, Loop Isolator etc by providing Technical Engineer at site to make the alarm system fully functional installed inside main building at ALG Walong complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Nos. Note:- (i) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Additional visit (more than two) as and when required shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rate, no extra amount shall be paid on this account. (b) Reprogramming of addressable fire alarm control panel, L&T (Schrack Seconet) make with suitable software at ALG Walong to make system fully functional complete all as specified and directed. - 01 Nos. Note:- (i) Laptop, connecting lead, software etc shall be arranged by the firm and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the item quoted rate, no extra amount shall be paid on this account. (c) Supply only in repair of detector complying with and type certified to EN - 45, addressable type, multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination, photoelectric/ optical with base with self built intelligence suitable for addressable fire alarm control panel of L&T (Schrack Seconet) make complete all as specified and directed. - 12 Nos. (d) Supply only in repair of electronically addressable type manual call point, resettable type suitable for addressable fire alarm control panel of L&T (Schrack Seconet) make complete all as specified and directed. - 05 Nos. (e) Supply only in repair of sealed lead-acid battery 12 Volts, 17 AH suitable for addressable fire alarm control panel of L&T (Schrack Seconet) make complete all as specified and directed. (f) Supply only in repair of sub main wiring with two run of single core halogen free flame retardant PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.50 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade for connections of sensors/ detectors drawing through existing conduit complete all as specified and directed. - 90 RM. (Note: Two runs of single core wire shall be measured and paid as one run) Note :- Credit at the rate of Rs. 3125/- as lumpsum shall be deducted from qouted rates by the bidder.
