PROVIDING SERVICES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF 320 KVA DG SET AT TRAINING AREA AND BOILER OPERATOR FOR MECHANICAL LAUNDRY AT TRAINING AREA AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA

Manning, Operation of DG Sets 320 KVA at Training Area in three shifts each day (every shift of 08 hours) including sundays & holidays by deploying one DG set operator mate FGM (semi skilled). Duties of operator includes filling up the fuel tank, cleaning of filters and complete DG Set, minor adjustment to the engine topping up electrolyte and distilled water for maintaining the batteries for engine starting, topping up of coolant in radiator as per manufacturers instructions and maintaining daily log sheets for engine, control panels and power control centre located in DG set room, complete all as specified and directed in following shift :- 1st Shift : 0600hrs to 1400 hrs 2nd Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs 3rd Shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. Note :- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing mobile communication system in the complaint cell so that the complaint can be lodged & feed back can be obtained. (ii) Diesel shall be traansported from MT yard of AGE E/M Chilka on required basis. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of for collection of FOL from store yard of AGE E/M Chilka and maintaing proper consumption record on daily basis as directed by Engineer-in-charge on prescribed formet.

Manning and Operation of Boiler in station Laundry and connected panel and pumps at Trainning Area complete in one shift of 08 hours including sundays and holidays by deploying boiler operator (skilled) for steam boiler including maintenance of necessary records and documents complete all as specified and as directed in following shift :-. (a) Shift timing : 0900 hrs to 1700hrs Note for item srl 1 and 2 :- (i) Minimum wages shall be as per notification issued by the Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. Any increase in wages rates during the period of contract shall be paid by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) The quoted rate shall include EPF, ESI, LWC, GST etc as applicable as per current rates / rules. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of any future enhancement and shall be born by the contractor at his own cost. The contractors shall submit copy of receipts of EPF, ESI etc as aplicable in respect of his employees alongwith RAR/Final Bill while claiming payment to Engineer-in-Charge for their reference & verification as required.

(iii) Contractor shall made payment to his employees through Aadhar linked bank account and copy of receipt of such payment shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge while claiming payment of RAR/Final Bill for their reference and verification as required. (iv) Contractor shall provide log sheet, attendance register and other stationery items required for smooth functioning of installation. The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of such provn. (v) Rate quoted by the contractor is inclusive of cost of uniform to his employees for wearing during working hours. Pattern of uniform shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (vi) Contractor shall monitor his staff regularly and shall watch and guard installation during contract period. Any loss / damage due to negligence to the Govt property / installation / equipments/ plants shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost. (vii) General cleanliness and upkeeping of existing plants shall deemed to be included in rates quoted above. (viii) In case of non submission of copy of receipt of EPF, ESI etc as applicable, the payment claim will not be entertained by the department for which responsibility shall be rest with the Contractor.
