RESURFACING OF BLACK TOP AND REPAIR TO HARD STANDING /ROAD SIDE PATHWAY AT PCDA (P) PRAYAGRAJ UNDER GE (WEST) PRAYAGRAJ.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumminous primer VG-10 grade and putting required (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5.5% paving binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller for pot holes exc 30mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Sqm on black top road surface and applying 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning old/new dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc, from road surface and applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved, having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P, including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer, making proper arragement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger Paints. Note:- Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass reflecting beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS. (b) The Contractor will made proper arrangement for traffic diversion and safety rules during laving of painting on Roads.

S&F in repair cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrassion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses, temperature resistance body of size 90x100x17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resistant creamer coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed. Make-3M/Dark Eye/ Avery denson/Sinor infratsture/equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F in repair solar stud alumininum alloy powered with high efficiency solar monocrystalline solar panel (3.0 V/0.3 watt) Ni-MH rechargeble battery (1.2V/1.3AH) with 6 super bright LEDs 8mm, flash rate 60 to 70 times per minute normally, dimension-125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 67mm) including adhesive for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark eye Model DA 110 or Sinar infrastructure or equivalent make as specified in list of make as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs ABS body ,Polycarbonate lens size 1000mm dia,with accessories & 7 feet long and 3 inch dia MS pole including necessary excavation and earthwork and fixed in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of size 300 mm x 300mm x300mm complete all as specified & directed.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing in repairs of retroreflective road sign board of size 1.75m x 1.05m with A Grade 3M brand retroreflective on ACP sheet with 304 grade stainless steel pipe of 50mm dia A grade complete height of board 3.00 m incl 50x50mm square SS frame all around the board and marking the layout of colony incl bldg with Nos, road, park and other ancillaries complete incl embedding the board in PCC 1:3:6 and making a platform of size 2.25mx0.60mx0.30m incl fixing of glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing in repairs of retroreflective road sign board of size 1.23m x 0.76m (two side) with A Grade 3M brand retroreflective on ACP sheet with 304 grade stainless steel pipe of 50mm dia A grade complete height of board 2.80 m incl 50x50mm square SS frame all around the board and writting the required texts/symbols etc incl embedding teh board in PCC 1:3:6 and making a platform of size 1.20mx0.60mx0.30m incl fixing of glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Heavy duty exterior finish pavement tiles, coloured, superior quality, 300x300x10mm this as in floors/pavement etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up (salt glazed ware, AC, PVC drain pipes of any dia set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including suitable size PVC clamps complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curve on plan exc 6m mean radius built n cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks, framed and hung as gates including pintle hinges, stopsl, hand made sliding bolts etc and and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding, in leveling course, benching, mud stops etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blcok as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water including removing of debries out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on wall over one coat cement primer including preparing new or old plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two caots of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
