Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. WBM Gr III: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete: (Providing and laying semi dence bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filter transorting the hot mix to work site, 508 @ 4.5 to 5%, laying with a hydrostatic paver finsher with sensor control to the reqd. grade level and alignment rolling thesmooth wheeled vibratory anf tandem roller to achieved the desire compaction as per MoSRT&H Clause No. 508 complete in all respect. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant (including cost of testing of material at site and laborotory as directed by the deptt.) (a)With hydrated lime/cement as filter (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) (I) With 60/70 or VG 30 grade bitumen (ii) For Grading-II (10mm nominal size).

Supplying, fittinng and fixing RCC guard post size 15cm dia 150cm long 75cm above the ground and 75cm below ground, with 4 Nos. 12mm tor steel main reinforcement and 6mm MS stirrups at 30cm centres tied in position with annealed black wire, cement concrete position 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate upto 20 mm size including centering moulding the top, curing painted black and white alternately in 23cm stirrups up to .75m from the top having reflective band 2 Nos. desired 2 shade etc. as per design and direction complete . (i) 15cm dia with 4-12mm tor bar.

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting............with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. Providing and erecting direction place identification retro-reflectrorised sign as per IRC: 67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 75x75x6mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
