M&LConstruction of RCC septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-25 Design Mix in walls, Base slab, Baffle walls and Roof slab including beams etvc with Vent shaft, manhole opening with cover connectetion etc, complete with effective dcepth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 mtr for 50 user complete all as shown in TD drawing, as specified and directed.

M&L Material & labour for construction of soakage well of size 2.4 mtr dia X 4.5 mtr effective depth, in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells, of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber screen chamber brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25 /Brick work /filling with brick bats, complete all as shown in TD drawing and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks, locally available laid in trenches for protection of undergroung cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of indoor type, wall mounted (with anchor bolts & nuts) compartmentalized type Meter Cabinet for provision and fixing arrangements of 4/6 Nos energy meters of overall dimension 1200mm (W) x 750mm (H) x 200mm (D) made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet with front door having cut out duly covered with transparent polycarbonate / glass panel for viewing KWh meter / Timer and other door shall be opaque. All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement to meet ingress protection level IP-43. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (RAL 7032 : SIEMENS GREY) after necessary surface treatment. The cabinet shall be fabricated as per the drawing and comprising of following accessories :- (a) Four pole MCB, 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and outgoing side.- 01 No. (b) Copper Bus Bar of size 25mm x 3.0mm duly mounted on FRP insulators and necessary drilling for 1 incoming & minimum 6 outgoing connections and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves of standard colour code - 4 Nos. (c) MCB TPN 32 Amps, 10 KA - 4 Nos ( To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) (d) MCB SP 06 Amps, 10 KA -2 No ( For common lighting & Bldg Security Lights) (e) Analog time switch 16 Amp-01 No (f) LED indicating Lamps, 22mm with 3 Amps SP MCB-03 Nos. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground ( earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI lead wire of 4 mm dia.(7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, check nuts of GI and protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63 mm thick G I sheet funnel , wire mesh, earthing test point etc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia. MS round bars @ 100mm C/C both ways, with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SI Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing cubical panel board of size 600x600x300mm, 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts AC 50 Hz, factory made indoor type fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof duly powder coating painted over a coat of red oxide primer having bus bar chamber with 4 Nos 250 Amps copper bus bar on apoxi insulator 1100 volts grade, mounted on angle iron frame made out of 40x40x5mm angle iron 300mm high above floor level and grouting 150mm in PCC on all four corners with and including internal connections using copper cable / wire/ bus bar all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of transformer HT 11 KV, three phase, LT 433 volt, capacity upto 200 KVA using man power / crane / transport vehicle to required location within AF Station BKT complete all as directed. NOTE: For shifting of transformer from existing location to new location shall be required mechanical instrument such as crane & vehicles including loading / unloading etc. The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included the cost of all T&P labour etc.

Material and labour for construction of new valve chamber size 900mmx900mmx750mm (Type 'B') (internal dimension) including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C2, 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 15 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in (upto 15 cm below NGL) CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x5 mm MS angles complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chambers complete all as specified & directed.
