SITC OF MAINTENANCE-FREE CHEMICAL EARTHING FOR TELECOM TOWERS: Earthing with COPPER BONDED STEEL EARTH PIPE ELECTRODE 3.0 MTR LONG, 17.2mm diameter having uniform copper bonding of minimum 250micron thickness all around the steel electrode (UL approved & CPRI tested) and having pointed tip bottom and copper coated clamp- at top- having 4 holes for connecting eart-strip & M10 x 35mm SS nut-bolt and spring washers including accessories and providing Heavy-duty of 2000 Kgs load bearing capacity polyplastic/HDPE weatherproof enclosure of suitable size (not less than 250mm deep x 300mm wide) with cover plate having locking arrangement including digging the earth pit of suitable dia. and refilling the same with maintenance-free environmental friendly semi-soluble, non-corrosive, conductivity improving mineral back-fill compound (25kg-30kg) etc. complete as required. (Make: RDSO approved) (Note: Value of earth-resistance as tested individually for each earthing as well as the combined value after interconnecting both earthing through 25mmx5mm GI earth strip must be less than 1 ohm)

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface/in recess/ underground at 0.50mtr below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with GI nut-bolt spring-washer including excavation and refilling etc. complete as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of GI nut-bolt and spring washer spaced at 50mm, GI strip to be clamped using GI clamps at distance between two clamps not more than 0.5mtr in case of surface GI strip)

Providing and fixing testing joint made of 25mm x 5mm thick GI strip, 125mm long, with 4 numbers of GI nuts-bolts, check-nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required. Note: a) All work to be carried-out in the presence of department's authorised representative. b) All material, T&P, water and prior permission shall be arranged by the agency well in advance before starting the work at site. c) Testing arrangements for earthing such as complete digital earth-tester kit to be arranged by the agency without any extra charge. No payment shall be made if the desired earth-resistance value is not obtained. d) Video of the entire earthing process including test results shall be recorded by the agency tagging the geo-location of the site and to be submitted to the department. e) Security deposit shall be released only after carrying-out earth-resistance testing at site and obtaining desired earth-resistance value and submitting the test-report after one year from the date of completion of work.
