Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 08 hrs daily i.e. (One shift of 08 hours per day) (0700 hrs to 1500 hrs) including taking care of lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, in INHS Asvini Lift No 3 (One lift) complete all as specified and directed

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 16 hrs daily ie. (Two shifts of 08 hours per day) (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including taking care of all lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, in INHS Asvini Sailors Block & Single Offrs Accn (Total 07 lifts) complete all as specified and directed Note: All the 07 lifts shall be attended by one lift operator in each shift.

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 16 hrs daily ie.(Two shifts of 08 hours per day) including sundays and holidays (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrsto 2200 hrs) including taking care of all lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, in INHS Asvini Lift No 6 & Lift No 13 (Total two lifts) complete all as specified and directed

Manning and operation of electrically operated lifts of any make type and capacity to serve any floors 24 hrs daily ie.(Three shifts of 08 hours per day) including sundays and holidays (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs,1400 hrs to 2200 hrs& 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including taking care of all lift from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, in INHS Asvini Lift No 2 & Lift No 14 (Total two lifts)

Repairs and maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of electrical lifts at P-1 Bldg, G+2 (total three floors) and at ward room mess, G+1 upper floors (total two floors), having simple collective control system with collapsable doors including repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of car shoes, headers, door rope, door lcoks, door card, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/broken parts, special spring terminal buffers, digital car position and direction indicators, COP & LOP buttons & lights, card door anchor, door anchor door locks, limit swicthes, cabin light, acrylictic sheet, cabin fan repair, false ceiling and landing door sills necessary wiring and cable as per requirement, cleaning of SWR with cleaning oil etc complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift as directed by Engr-in-Charge at P1 Bldg and Ward Room Mess at INHS Asvini (Total two lifts) complete all as specified and directed Note : - (i) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for ensuring safe & smooth functioning of the lift and to carry out rescue operation (ii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (iii) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the lift complaint cell i.e. R-12 building. New Navy Nagar for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (iv) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign (their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell.

Replacement of unserviceable traveling cable from hoist way, supply and fix new traveling cable PVC insulated 16 core with standard copper conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 Sqmm conforming to relevant IS including thimbles, suspended type freely move with car cabin up and down movement between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with mid way junction and other connection required in circuit complete suitable for 8 passenger lift at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed Make : Finolex/Gloser/Polycab.

Replacement of unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin, supply & fix main steel rope size 13mm dia, 19 construction (Make : Usha Martin) in and including necessaryt connection with counter weight pulley and car cabin with clamps, nuts, bolts and washer etc complete suitable for 08 passengers lifts at INHS Asvini complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable traction pulley from lift machine room, supply & fix new traction pulley suitable for existing lift of capacity 06 passengers to serve G+1/ G+2 upper floor, having simple and collective control system complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling takling out unserviceable 'V' grooves pulley from lift, supply & fixing main pulley made of CI suitable for steel rope 13 mm dia including necessary bearing bush washers nuts, repairs to mechanical break assembly etc complete of Ward Room Bldg lift complete all as specified and directed

Repair and replacement of Lifts door of P-72 building at INHS Asvini Dismantling and taking out defective car door from car cabin and supply & fixing new stainless steel car door comprising of 2 Nos power operated center or telescopic opening by horziontal sliding stainless steel panel of thickness 18 SWG with hair line finish (N-304) flush type panels complete with removable header ,hanger,VVVF door drive unit for motor incl motor with full beam infrared sensor up to full length of car door,aluminium sill,with all fixing accessories to match with the exisying opening for lift of ant capacity complete all as specified and directed

Repair & Routine maintenance of electrical operated lifts (ECE Make) at PN Mess, NO Mess & Sailors Block at INHS Asvini. Repair/Routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift (ECE) make, 06 passenger (408Kg capacity) for Sailors block at INHS Asvini having power operated door and simplex collective control system with repair and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, hangers, door rope, door locks and its contacts control cards / logic boards, control connector/ links, Limit switches, hall push buttons and its spares, repairing of motors, welding of cracked /broken MS parts if any, repair /replacement of door safety edge working at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, COP & LOP buttons & lights, card door anchor, door anchor door locks, limit swicthes, cabin light, acrylictic sheet, cabin fan repair, false ceiling and landing door sills, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operation of lift, maintaining of cabin, cabin fan, cabin light, acrilic sheet of suitable size, maint of auto rescue devise (ARD), cleaning of SWR with cleaning oil etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed Note: Cost of minor spare parts / material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Taking down existing unserviceable ARD from Machine room and supply and fixing New ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) comprising of PCBs, Transformers, invertors, relays, and all connnected electric & electronic components including replacing of existing unserviceable batteries 12V 17 AH - 04 Nos with maintenance free batteries of same / equivalent capacity Make: Exide / Amron complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable sensor system complete, supply & fixing new sensor system assembly with new edge along with full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors complete all as specified and directed. Make: WECO/TL JONE/ OTIS.
