M & L Gas Charging and Repairs to window AC of unit 1.5/2 T capacities after checking the system, testing the cooling and performance, setting the thermostat, flushing the oil and refrigerent with pressure, leak testing of the system, identifying the leakage in the unit, rectification of leakage, including brazing of joints leakages in the copper tubes, capiliary etc, pressure testing of the system, putting the system on vacuum charging of suitable refrigerent(R-22 or 134a or any other) and non freezing oil achieving desired cooling. Testing the equipment for cut OFF and ON after desired cooling complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In -Charge.(Note- Refrigerant will be issued under respective Item of this Schedule)

Material and labour for shifting of window type AC of any capacity and make after taking down of all electrical connection, closing existing window AC alocation with brick/PCC work and carrying it to the new location and cutting the existing window including additions/alterations to make suitable opening for fixing including welding/wood work as per site requirement to match with adjoining/existing surfaces and Refixing the window type air conditioner to the new altered location and making electrical connections, installation testing, commissioning and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs old defective water storing body of water cooler 40/80 or 60/120 ltr capacity by dismantling the outer body of the storage tank after disconnecting its suction and discharge line, taking out glass wool safely placing new stainless steel water storing body of same size including packing with glass wool, connecting suction/discharge line and fixing of body etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surface for board painting on MS display board of size 5x3 feet or more by scratching the board with emby paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of blue colour as approved and letter writing with white radium paint having font of size 3" to 1 inch including necessary fabrication/welding work of board, flling metal, applying support metal structure wherever required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-ln- Charge. Note: Painting of all display boards (Approx 10 nos. ) at EM installations under AGE E/M at various location in Domestic area Technical Area, Raksha Nagar are deemed to be considered as 1 job.

Material and labour for Rectification of leakage of GI pipes of 15 mm to 25 mm dia laid in trenches/ on floor/ fixing to wall etc. of any size including excavation, earthwork, dewatering and removal of mud or pumping out water etc. by replacing of unserviceable GI fittings like elbow, union, sockets, tees, nipple etc. of appropriate sizes and GI pipes of the existing sizes upto 01 Metre length (ISI MARKED) complete all as specified and as directed Notes:- New GI Pipe more than 01 metre length if required will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling & taking out defective parts of booster pump set of capacity 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP and refixed after repairs / making complete serviceable by repairing / replacement of defective parts including tranportation to local work shop etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Parts replaced if any shall be paid under relevent items of the schedule

M&L for Repair to PU/PP/PVC foot valve of dia 150 mm by taking it out from existing position(Sump),transporting it to workshop ,reparing the PVC mesh and ball complete ,rivetting and reinforcing stainless steel support to the foot valve to avoid its buckling/bending,making it serviceable , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & labour for taking down existing butterfly valve from existing position ,checking its collar and flanges/bends,identifying the leakages,replacing damage piece of pipe,bend/flage/collar of NB 150 mm with new one,supply and fixing suitable size HDPE pipe tail piece & stub bend flange to mount over existing NB 150 mm size HDPE pipe, making and fusion joint using suitable type of heater so as to ensure leak proof operation ,incorporating suitable MS clampto ensure leak proof fuctioning incorporating SS 316 nut bolts & washer for fixing valve and testing for leak proof fuctioning , complete all as specified and directede by Engineer-In-Charge

Note - (1) All necessary T&P such as air compressor, blower, pressure pump , ladder etc as required at site are included in quoted rates . (2). The rates for dismantling and refixing of connected machineries during cleaning are included in quoted rates. (3) Contractor has to provide safety PPE (hand gloves, Mask, Safety googles etc) while execution of job, and are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material & Labour for taking down pumpset from site Model No NSRP50TBGVIL of Make ANTICO ,transporting it to workshop ,complete servicing replacement of its casing ,replacement of shaft & impeller bringing it back to site,installilng and testing complete for leakage free operation and satisfactory working of the plant, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge
