REPAIR AND MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AT MH NASIRABAD, RMS AJMER AND MSRAM SITE-II UNDER GE NASIRABAD

Disconnecting all electrical wiring connections and removal of damaged/ unserviceable spares / parts and wiring of LT electric control panel board of unit and M&L and S&F systematically cleaning the complete panel of unit New wiring with suitable size multistranded copper wire, making interlocking connections with suitable size lugs,connectors including marking numbers, cable tie, nut bolts, screws & fuse, checking supply of microprocessor controller with all safety provisions, displays, testing and commissioning for central type A/C plant, and synchronizing the panel with all the devices/sensors/hp/LP and set right the parameters of AC Plant to maintain desired temperature in desired locations complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and dismantling of complete compressor any type/size defective parts and replacement of defective spare parts (connecting rod bearing, pump end bearing, seal bearing, sunction read discharge read, crank shaft, piston oil and compressing rings, piston pins, DV guides,cyllinder sleeves,oil pump assembly,Thrust washer,valve plate etc.), complete overhauling of compressor, charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure after leakage test and vacuumizing and testing at full load complete all as specified and directed.

Descaling the condenser (of any type & capacity of AC Plant) with and using descaling solution. The solution will be circulated till all the scale from the tube is removed. The left cover scale will be removed by nylon brush fixed on rod circulation of fresh water through condenser till the clear water comes out from the other end and including repairs complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for charging of Refrigerant any type as per site requirement in AC Plant of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: Refrigerant will be charged in compressor after all type of testing like leakage or vacuumizing. Any Leakage/reduction in pressure after charging will be done by contractor and no extra payment will be paid for this leakage refilling.

M&L for vacuumization & leakage test of a unit with pressure testing with dry nitrogen to a pressure upto 1.5 times of operating pressure & find the detection of leak and vacuumization by a rotary vacuum pump to reomve the moisture and gases & Hold the Vacuume for 24 hours complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in replacement of chiller compressor of ( Model no: SY300AYMBB DANFOSS COMMERCIAL COMPRESSOR after disconnection of old compressor from base frame and refixing new compressor incuding filling of compressor oil, charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing at full load complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for For cleaning the AHU complete including cleaning of cooling coil, Filters, Blower and other internal surface including drain train with vacuumer cleaner and cleaning of cooling by scraping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials with applying suitable chemical complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing & commissioning of Bluestar water cooled chiller controlled PCB with display unit PCB complete set for water cooled AC plant as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Voltas display unit with PCB MPVAD complete set for water cooled chiller AC Plant upto 60 TR as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 7.5 HP by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding thoroughly and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish , drying etc including reassembling the motor, reinstallation in same position complete including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 5 HP by dismantling and removing the burnt out copper winding thoroughly and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge with proper class of insulation and applying varnish , drying etc including reassembling the motor, reinstallation in same position complete including testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting of centrifugal pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge including painting of SM No. and MES No. on the pump set for the any capacity.

Repairing/overhauling of centrifugal pump set incl cleaning of inside motor & pump set. Oiling greshing, gland packing filling and proper allignment incl repair/replacement of wear & tear are unserviceable part for upto 5 HP

M&L for writing of MES No/SM No on package type AC plant with Black paint of size 7.5 cm (17 Nos) and wiring of plant capacity, make, date of installation MES/SM No, etc of sice 5 Cm iron plate with using of black and white paint and fixing in Plant room on wall using concrete nails/nut bolts etc (05 Nos Plant Room) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting of CI/GI/MS pipes of Air/ Water distribution of size 100 / 80/120 mm dia along with side supports, Cooling ltower pipes, supports channels complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide including scrapping using of scrape paper and removing rust part and finishing of smooth surface all as per colour code complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Assembly and erection of GU sheet with C&SS rectangular/square dut made out of 'L' shaped hallow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolt, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 guage and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 40mm complete all as specified and directed as following: - (a) M&L For cleaning the duct surface inner and outer by scraping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of mill scale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L For applying rubber based adhesive CPRX Compound. (c) M&L For sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular over laps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M&L For securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel strips of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtrs and all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to copper strip 20x3 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper and earth wire protected by 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to pole structure/ panel board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
