Material and Labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying a coat of anti-rusted steel paint and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) incl Nitobond Part A and Part B bonding compound (2:1) to a surface and reinforced with 10mm TMT bars with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of Finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified. (Note: - Cost of all material in above description, Cost of formwork and welded mesh, bldg ht upto 15 mtr, shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (of approved shade) on walls over primer chalk whiting on plastered surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for ceramic glazed dark shed coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bed in cm(1:4)set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of well as in skirting/dado complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter n.exc 1.50 Sqm each (without taking off shutter for the chowkats) complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit Rs. 55,910/- from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
