Providing and fixing of LuxMaxSteel pole-140-75 with EMB-Z4 Steel pole, 4mtr. height are made of Galvanised steel tubes having botton part of the pole (1000mmx140mmx4mm) and upper part is (3000mmx75mmx3mm) made out of mild steel galvanised tubes. The botton and middle part of the poles are fitted with cast Iron embellishments and are fitted and sealed by gurb screws as shown in the Drawing. The Poles has a service window at the bottom cintaining 25amp connector terminal and MCB of the desired rating. The bottom cast iron Embellishments cover the strengthening ribs and welding joints. The Poles are primer coated and painted with polyurethane paint of the desired colour.complete in all respect including connection etc. as required Make:Twinkle , K-lite, GE, Bajaj, C&S, Panasonicor any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing DISCET Small LED Fitting made out die cast aluminium housing painted with powder coated paint. Power LED's are mounted on metal clad PCB's and LED's & PCB assembly are mounted on extruded aluminium Heat Sinks. A UV stabilized PC/PMMA diffuser is provided for Glare Free Lighting with high visual comfort. complete in all respect including connection etc. as required Make:Twinkle , K-lite, GE, Bajaj, C&S, Panasonicor any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & laying of Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipes for underground power / communication / signal/ OFC cable protection with IS 14930 part II mark on it, as required complete in all respect in trench at site .Make : TeleRex , SriRAM , Duration etc.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

CRC Sheet 16G, duly painted with Siemens Grey Powder Coated Paint as per specification. Overall size (H) 800 mmX(W)450 X (D) 200mm.

Assembly Charges of 63A 4Strip Copper Busbar (Horizontal/ Vertical) & Earth strip throughout the lenth of panel (current density of Aluminium Busbar shall be 1mmx1mm=1.66 Amp.) Copper shall be Electric Grade , Busbar supports shall be DMC epoxy Insulators. All Busbars Links shall be covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black.

Assembly Charges of Copper solid/ Copper flexible wire interconnection Busbar to MCCB & MCCB to field side for Cable termination duly covered/ insulated with Heat Shrinkable sleeves of coloured coded Red, Yellow, Blue & Black. All Interconnections of fields side are supported by conical, L & Finger type insulators of adequate size to support & sustain the weight of cables.

Control Wiring with Copper flexible Wire (size of control wire shall be 2.5 sq. mm Copper flexible for C.T. Circuit & 1.0 sq. mm for Control Wiring) with thimbles printed sleeves, tie & belt etc.

Assembly Charges of Accessories like Gasket, Doorlocks, Copper flexible door earth, legend plates etc.
