Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders should upload the bid document

Bidder should not be blacklisted by Government of Karnataka

The bidder must submit a certificate from a Chartered Accountant

The bidder must have turnover equal to or more than the estimated cost.

This turnover must be achieved in at least two financial years within the last five years

At least one similar supply must have been done in the last 3 years

The supply must be to ULBs / Government institutions

Bidder should not have been involved in corrupt or fraudulent practices

If bidder is not the manufacturer, they must submit Manufacturer Authorization Certificate

Bidder must provide Legal status of company, Place of registration, Principal place of business

Delivery period: 30 days from issue of purchase order

Delivery beyond 1 month of schedule may be treated as non-responsive

three year warranties for all machinery parts and structure Free service including replacement of spare parts will be included with the costing for this initial 3 year period

If Equipment failed to perform within 1year of its Commissioning 100% newly replacement of equipment to be done in free of cost

If equipment does not meet specifications, supplier must rectify within 2 weeks
