Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 CUM and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of excavated surplus soils n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m from above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting of bushes, plants,shurbs n exc 30 cm girth incl all vegetation etc and cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly).

Demolition of Cement Concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same outside MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to RCC ceiling, chajjas, roof projection,fascia,fins,parapet etc and similar likes at any height including necessary scaffolding, ladder, formork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for followings :- (i) Removing plaster, loose concrete & finishes all around the columns, slabs & beams (on all four direction of column to full height , three sides of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to area as directed). (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electric chipper or any other approved tool in entire portion of structural member (removal of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when reinforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Removing visible rust along the length of reinforcement using hand tools as approved. (v) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-charge to present clean surface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly).

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat, pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is included in this item.

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) around (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on around bars new & old as recommended by the manufacture (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenol anti corrosive protective coat on bars around new & old as recommended by the manufacture. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous especially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating. Note:-(Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly).

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementations mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementations mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacture complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly).

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltr capacity and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc

M&L for cleaning of RCC/PVC tank and date of cleaning to be written in synthetic enamel paint on all tank, after cleaning, size of letters shall be 50mm in height and text shall be “TANK CLEANED ON DD/MM/YYY”

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore and connections, including cleaning and refixing the same new or old position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000 liters capacity cylindrical vertical type triple layered with closed top hoisted including taking down existing water tank complete all as directed.

S&F factory made uPVC top hung glazed and wire gauzed ventilator made of frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and glazed shutter with plain glass 3 mm thick pin head/frosted glass alongwith mosquito proofing shutter with stainless steel wire cloth 0.254 mm (30 gauge) dia of steel wire and 0.95 mm width of aperature,single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area up to 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, Reinforced with G/J/U/O shape galvanized MS section considering structural/wind load requirements. Ventilator to be provided with proper operative and locking hardware mechanism, including taking down old ventilators all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm grade stone agg) as in benching, roof kurbs,etc with form work incl demolition of old concrete.

Dismantling of old damaged chain link fencing wire mesh any type and size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing/demolition of rusted and unserviceable barbed wire fencing of any size (each line) and any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing's and staring and fixing to nay type of standard rails, straining bolts incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples and pins etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No.33 but fixing only ( material obtained from item No.29 to be used )

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc, steel barbed wire any dia barbed with barbs spacing's, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing 50mmx50mmx4mm thick mesh secured with MS flats, straining bolts including provision of binding wire complete as specified and directed. Note : straining bolts, nuts and washers , flat iron and 10mm dia round bars shall be, measured and paid separately

Supply only chain link galvanized fencing any type or size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing incl line wires any mesh size and type to any type of standards and incl proven of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of (steel, wood, or RCC) posts or struts embedded in ground, any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 36 above but posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MS work as in Post and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to make shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillet (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling, bolting, riveting etc and similar work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fixed with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc n.exc 5 cm long and 11 to 15 mm dia of shank. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in chain link fencing, spaces and binder etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members, weight per square meter n.exc 4 Kg, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No.41 above but fixing only

M&L for Preparation of new Steel and iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors/paving's n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, and removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick finished even & smooth w/out using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Surface Channels and Drains, etc., including Use and Waste of necessary Form Work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all quoin, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks (with old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radious, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radious in half brick thick built in CM 1:4.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old plastering complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking old plastering complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing plastered or new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on plastered surface walls, over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated /trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any color having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling existing AC sheet complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning of drains by excavating of the filled earth. Vegetation and all forged material average width 45 cm & depth 50cm and removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m and not exc. 250m complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde E-165

M&L for 40mm thick PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in padding in roof complete all as specified. Note :(Work shall be carried out up to G+2 storey bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly)

M&L for cement screed/rendering 10mm thick in C.M (1:4) over roof slab including parapets inverted beams etc. mixed with water proofing compound, rendering all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed by engr-in- charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment with polymeric standard membrane of weight not less than 3.50 kg per sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 160gsm) laid over primed surface by forced application complete. Shall be fused uniformly by LPG torch flame on horizontal/vertical/slope surface on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Course roof treatment consist of as under :- (i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm (ii) Laying of APP based membrane as specified thickness and weight (iii) Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm Note:- Work shall be carriedout through authorised applicator of manufacturer only.

M&L for preparation of surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.
