Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span,cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works, complete, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floors including necessary formwork, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete prelaminated rubberised coloured interlocking paver block of approved shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade set jointed and laid with grey cement and pigment, complete, all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation or for laying floor finishes including watering and consolidation, complete, all as specified and directed.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 10,335.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
