SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE MS PIPE OF FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AT AFS STN JAISALMER UNDER GE (AF) JAISALMER

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, pipes, erection of poles, structs/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and laid in replacemnt of MS ERW pipe heavy grade including taking down old unsv complete including fittings 150 mm (6" dia) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be measured under respective item of Sch "A". (b) Cost of flange & rubber gasket including welding,threading,cutting and fixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supplied and laid in replacemnt of MS ERW pipe heavy grade including taking down old unsv complete including fittings 100 mm (4" dia) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Excavation and earth work shall be measured under respective item of Sch "A". (b) Cost of flange & rubber gasket including welding,threading,cutting and fixing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’, 150mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS-14846-2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, Cast Iron gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 150mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’, 100mm bore, ISI marked with confirming to IS-14846-2000, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, Cast Iron gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 100mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron release valve with two air outlets (ISI marked) confirming to IS-14845-2000 suitable for 80 mm bore pipe flanged ends drilled complete including jointing material such nuts,bolts,washers,rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition & Re-Construction of stone masonary valves pit of size 1500mmx 1500mm x 1500mm (internal dimention of chamber) made with bulit in cement mortar 1.6 for sluice valve chamber including necessary excavation, foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation and 15mm thick inside cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 with floating coat of near cement, PCC coping type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work with MS frame with angle iron 50x50x6 mm and cover of MS sheet 3.15mm thick including tarring and painting (where required) the steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete as specified and locking arrangement as directed.

Material & Labour for cutting of roads/Hard Standing/dismantling of interlocking tiles/paver blocks from pathways including excavation & earthwork of required depth complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC & Interlocking tiles for making good disturbed surface will be measured & paid seperately.
