Supply, laying testing and commisioning LT XLPE insulated/PVC heavy duty armoured cable 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor electric cable cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 core including necessary connection with provission of lugs & cable glands fixing arrangments complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install testing and commissioning factory fabricated LT switch panel cubical outdoor type with dust and vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply made out of sheet steel 3.15 mm thick, including spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and double door hinged type, both side openable, provided with 6 mm thick bakelite/fibre sheet for mounting electrical assessories provision for fixing electric meters, holes for cable entries, detachable gland plates at bottom, earth connections terminals etc and mounted on 40x40x5 mm size angle iron frame, adequate clearance from ground level for the entry and exit of cable, provision of ventilation on sides, manufacturer details, necessary PCC work for grounting and provn of cable lugs for connection etc. and including with the following accessories confirming to IP 54 protection class. Material and labour for earthing complete with galavanized steel earth electrode, 600x600x6.00 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanozed earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated inclding testing on completion including PCC pit type C-1 (1:3:6) in cement concrete & 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc including necessary earth work and excavation complete all as specified and directed.
