Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-25. (In 1 layer 200mm thick.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (In 2 layers, 1st layer 150mm thick & 2nd layer 100mm thick.)

Providing and applying prime coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. complete as per as per Technical specification appended here with and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumenof grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix)and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate)prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPHcapacity.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binderand filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying withpaver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory andtandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of gradeVG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) andlime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate)prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity. (actual mesurement will be done as per approved construction drawing)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fittedwith profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater andprofile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface ofall dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in widthas well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth,lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled andneatly dressed. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. and Sections 1400, 1500, 1600, 1700 and 2300 MORTH 5th revn. Supplying, fabricating welded water tight drainage spout as per technical specification clause 2705 of specification road and bridge work MORT&H (5th revision) assembly to dimensions shown on drawing of dia not less than 100mm with galvanized steel conforming to IS 226 & fixing in position with suitable fixtures at specified locations on bridge decks including painting two coats with bituminous paint sealed with sealant as per IS 1834 around the spout to the deck slab including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidental involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specificaton & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing reinforced cement concrete crash barrier at the edges of road, approaches to bridge structures and medians,constructed with M40 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25mm dia , 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular No RW/NH-33022/1/94-DO III dated 24th June,1994 and as per dimensions in the approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer.
