CLEANING OF SERVICE TANKS ALONG WITH REPAIR/MAINT OF CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

M&L for Cleaning of service tanks of the capacity as mentioned below on roof top of bldgs upto fourth storey after disconnection from inlet and outlet pipe, removing of float valve of service tank and keep aside safely for reuse drain out water through drain plug, cleaning thoroughly to remove all scales and dirt by brushing internal surface, cleaning properly inside with bleaching powder, flushing out with fresh water, re-positioning of tank at same place, re-connecting inlet and outlet pipes, closing of drain plug, re-installation of float valve duly cleaned, writing/ labelling the record of cleaning carried out with white/black bold letter such as "TANK CLEANED ON" _____(date), including removing creepers, vegitations and roots of plants, trees branches on or surrounding of service tank complete all as directed. Note:-(i) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be included for testing of water supply in tank both inlet and outlet flow during next supply hours. (ii) Contractor shall maintain a register for cleaning carried out with date and obtain users signature and remarks if any and this register to be submitted to JE E/M alongwith RAR. (iii) Contractor is liable to rectify any damages to the external finishes of the bldg occured during the cleaning process, i.e. scrubbing and touch up with external paints as existing specifications. Unit rate quoted is deemed to be included the cost of the same. (iv) All store of petty T&P items such as ladder, safety equipment, nuts, bolts, washers etc. required to accomplish the job shall be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost to dept. (a) PVC tank upto 300 litres

All as per Item Ser No.1.00 here-in-before but of capacity PVC tank upto 500 litres, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Ser No.1.00 here-in-before but of capacity PVC tank upto 1000 litres, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Ser No.1.00 here-in-before but of capacity PVC tank upto 2000 litres, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Ser No.1.00 here-in-before but of capacity PVC tank upto 5000 litres, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Ser No.1.00 here-in-before but of capacity PVC tank upto 10000 litres , complete all as specified and as directed.

Collect the sample of water of 5 litres each from user end, after cleaning of UG Sumps, OH Tanks or RCC/ PVC tanks, treated water of STP and sending it same day at Govt approved lab for testing of water as per IS in a cleaned containers and necessary reports will be submitted to GE Birchgunj complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Trimming vegetation or small inequalities by clearing all grass, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, roots, and removing trees in Water Supply installations, Pump Houses and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50M outside the periphery of the installation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Replacement of sluice valve, cast iron body, stainless steel spindle, gun metal rings including wheel for operation, flanged and drilled of size 250 mm dia, confirming to IS - 14846, class PN -1.6, long body type including all jointing materials, bolts, nuts, washer complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item Ser No.4.00 here-in-before but of size 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
