Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of 03 No. 50Cs V.T. axial flow pump in all respect having lift up to 20 feet, including delivery pipe & bends, flanges, welding, nut-bolts, Siphon Breaker Valve, 03 No. 3 Phase Low voltage squirrel cage induction motors of 240 HP (to be fitted with vertical solid shaft) VSS Motor for line voltage up to 415 V AC, RPM – 740, 8 pole, Winding – “F” class insulation with energy efficient as per IS-12615, high voltage testing as per IS-1271, and as per IS-325 and fully automatic Transformer starter, Electric Panel and along with required cables for connections and earthing (suitable for 240 HP, 415 volts, 3- phase squirrel cage induction motor). Make and specifications are as per the specifications approved in the Department Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of 01 No. 35Cs V.T. axial flow pump in all respect having lift up to 20 feet, including delivery pipe & bends, flanges, welding, nut-bolts, Siphon Breaker Valve as per site condition, including any item left over with epoxy coating inside and outside; 01 No. 3 Phase Low voltage squirrel cage induction motors of 150 HP (to be fitted with vertical solid shaft) VSS Motor for line voltage up to 415 V AC, RPM – 960, 6 pole, Winding – “F” class insulation with energy efficient as per IS-12615, high voltage testing as per IS-1271, and as per IS-325 and fully automatic Transformer starter, Electric Panel and along with required cables for connections and earthing (suitable for 150 HP, 415 volts, 3- phase squirrel cage induction motor). Make and specifications are as per the specifications approved in the Department. Supply of MS Delivery pipe having 300 meter length 8 mm thickness 28” diameter along with required MS bends and flange in accordance with IS 2062:1989 grade A with epoxy form inside and painted from outside with two coats of anticorrosive bituminous based paint for 03 no. 50 Cs pump and MS Delivery pipe having 100 meter length 8.0 mm thickness 22” diameter along with required MS bends and flange in accordance with IS 2062:1989 grade A with epoxy from inside and painted from outside with two coats of anticorrosive bituminous based painted for 01 no. 35 Cs. pump. Supply of 415 volt, 1250 amp 3 phase 50 Hz motor control centre L.T Panel with main incomer & 04 no. outgoing feeders suitable for 03 no 240 HP motor & 01 no. 150 HP motor fitted with suitable range of ACB, MCCB, micro controller based fault protecting device/relays and other allied accessories complete in all respect as per the specifications approved in the Department with capacitor bank of 315 KVAR in 8 steps with required cables.
