ELE-HYDR CONTROL SKID — Engineering, Design, Procurement of materials / components, Manufacture, fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, Testing, site support (like testing, commissioning, etc. at site), Documentation, Painting, Supply and shipment of system complete with all the associated necessary accessories in compliance with this MR, Project specifications, indicative architecture and referenced documents for the following entity:Electrohydraulic control skid consisting of the following equipments as a minimum:1. Remote Telemetry Unit (RTU) shall be provided with non-redundant processor with redundant communication ports for SCADA communication, power supply modules, I/O channels for local I/O terminations (AI, AO, DI and DO), min. 3 no. of MODBUS RTU communication port for third party communication, lightening surge protection devices for power, signal and communication lines, etc. and all other required accessories for the proper functioning of entire system; enclosed in an PESO certified Ex'd' and weatherproof to IP65 min. enclosure having required number of cable entries, PESO certified and weatherproof to IP65 min. cable glands and blind plugs, etc.2. Electrohydraulic actuator (with Modbus connectivity feature) unit for existing 14", 600#, Motorized Operated Valve including hydraulic oil tank, handpump assembly enclosure, accumulator, breather, drain valve, level gauge, strainers, tubing, fittings, hoses, min. IP65 dome type mechanical position indicator, etc. and all other accessories required for the proper functioning of electrohydraulic actuator.3. PESO Certified Ex'd' and weatherproof (IP65 min.) Solar panel of required wattage to feed the RTU, SOV Telecom system etc in this package, Solar charge controller & Lithium Ion battery with dual supply input of solar and 240V AC, 1 phase state electricity board grid supply with proper changeover by supplying necessary hardware with 3 days back up for RTU, Telecom system and 4Nos Open/Close operation of SOV in 3 days backup.4. PESO certified Ex'd' and weatherproof to IP65 min. junction box (IS and NIS) to be mounted on the skid as per cable schedule for field terminations.5. Dual SIM GPRS modem router to be mounted inside RTU enclosure.6. All interconnecting cables between RTU, Electrohydraulic actuator, Solar control panel, Instrument junction box and telecom junction box, etc shall be supplied and installed by vendor.7. Earthing within the skid.All the cables coming to the skid from field instruments like transmitters, limit switches for hand valves, gas detectors and smoke detectors shall be in the scope of purchaser.

DISMANT_INTEGR — Bidder's scope shall include:1. Dismantling the existing Motorized actuator with gearbox of M/s Rotork make from existing MOV and handling it over to M/s HPCL engineer-in-charge.2. Installing bidder's electrohydraulic actuator on the valve body.3. Installation and integration of Electrohydraulic control skid at designated location.

INDUS GR PoE INJECTORS — Engineering, Design, Procurement of materials / components, Manufacture, fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, Testing, site support (like testing, commissioning, etc. at site), Documentation, Painting, Supply and shipment of system complete with all the associated necessary accessories in compliance with this MR, Project specifications and referenced documents for the following entity:Industrial grade PoE Injectors including power supply converters, power cables, signal cables (Cat6A, armoured, 100m) for powering the IP Telephone.

EXPLOSION PROOF JB — Engineering, Design, Procurement of materials / components, Manufacture, fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, Testing, site support (like testing, commissioning, etc. at site), Documentation, Painting, Supply and shipment of system complete with all the associated necessary accessories in compliance with this MR, Project specifications and referenced documents for the following entity:Explosion Proof Junction Box (Ex'd rate suitable for Zone-1, Gas Group IIA/IIB, T3 rated, IP-66,CCoE Approved, LM-6 material) including Glands (Nickel Plated Brass), stopping plug (Nickel Plated Brass) for spare cable entries for Mounting 2 nos. of Industrial grade Ethernet Switches, 2 Nos. of Industrial grade PoE Injectors, 1 Nos. of 24 Port Fiber Optic Patch Panel, Power Supply Converters for CCTV, Ethernet Switches, PoE Injectors, Power and Signal termination acessories like MCB, Terminal blocks etc.

Solar Powered IP CCTV — Engineering, Design, Procurement of materials / components, Manufacture, fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, Testing, site support (like testing, commissioning, etc. at site), Documentation, Painting, Supply and shipment of system complete with all the associated necessary accessories in compliance with this MR, Project specifications and referenced documents for the following entity:Weather Proof (IP-66) IP based Solar Powered CCTV Camera including Solar Panel including Battery with back up for 2 days (48 hrs), Weather proof (IP-66 ) Junction Box, minimum 4 meter pole (Galvanized), Power supply converters, power cables (100m) and signal cables (Cat6A, armoured, 100m), connectors etc.

24 Port Patch Panel — Engineering, Design, Procurement of materials / components, Manufacture, fabrication, Assembly, Inspection, Testing, site support (like testing, commissioning, etc. at site), Documentation, Painting, Supply and shipment of system complete with all the associated necessary accessories in compliance with this MR, Project specifications and referenced documents for the following entity:Din rail mountable 24 Port Fiber Optic Panel with SC-PC connectors with 24 x 1 meter Pigtails, 24 x SC Connectors, 24 x fiber protection sleeves , face plates and mounting acessories.

TRAINING AT VENDOR'S PREM 12802-HCPL CHERLAPALLY — Training charges for System programming and configuration programming shall be provided for Owner personnel at vendor's premises as per tender specifications (2 days for 3 personel)
